Material and method: quantitative approach, correlational-cross-sectional design. The population is made up of 90 children from 0 to 3 years old who attend the CUNA MAS LA VIZCACHERA National Program. Sampling was non-probabilistic for convenience. The sample was made up of 40 children aged 2 years 11 months 29 days. The instruments used were the Family APGAR to evaluate family functionality and the Psychomotor Development Test (TEPSI). Results: it was found that in relation to the type of family, 57.5% are nuclear (69.6% nuclear, 21.7% modified nuclear, 8.7% reconstructed nuclear) and 42.5% are extensive ( 70% extensive, 23.5% extensive modified, 5.9% atypical). In relation to frequencies of the Family Functionality variable, it was found that 15% of the sample has severe dysfunction, 22.5% has moderate dysfunction, 42.5% has mild dysfunction and 20% has good family function. In relation to the frequency of the psychomotor development variable, it was found that 90% are normal, 10% are at risk and 0% are delayed. Conclusions: There is no statistically significant relationship between Family Functionality and Psychomotor Development in 2-year-old children of the National Program Cuna Más Rural Community La Vizcachera – San Antonio - Huarochiri - Lima 2018
