On the other hand, user satisfaction is one of the points that in terms of evaluation of health services and their quality is considered one of the axes of service evaluation. Objective: Determine how the organizational climate is related to external user satisfaction at the International Clinic, - 2021. Methods: the study will be observational, descriptive, relational and transversal. Intentionally, a census sample of outpatient care personnel consisting of 60 nursing technicians will be taken; while the probabilistic sample of external users has been calculated at 262 patients. In them, the survey will be applied with validated and reliable instruments to estimate the organizational climate found in the Technical Document: “Methodology for the Study of Organizational Climate v.02”, and the user satisfaction found in the Technical Document : “Technical Guide for the Evaluation of External User Satisfaction in Medical Establishments and Support Services.” The data collected will be processed following the methodology of the guides and will be presented for analysis and discussion to establish improvement actions aimed at guaranteeing quality service to the user. To evaluate the relationship between the variables, the Sperman rank correlation coefficient statistical test will be used.Ítem Acceso abierto Work performance and professional quality of life of the nurse in the International Clinic, Lima - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-01-30) Soto Tapia, Diana Cecilia; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoIntroduction: Measuring the job performance of nurses in the healthcare system has always been a challenge, especially during times of crisis. The implications of this phenomenon can compromise professional quality of life; thus, much of the system's functioning depends on the interaction of these factors. Objective: To determine how job performance is related to the professional quality of life of nurses at the International Clinic, Lima Branch - 2021. Methods: The study will be observational, descriptive, correlational, and cross-sectional. A purposive sample of 42 nurses working in the Preventive Medicine Unit of the Chronic Program "CUIDATE" at the International Clinic will be selected. The instruments used to measure the variables will be the Job Performance Questionnaire (CDL) created by López Marticorena and the Professional Quality of Life Scale: Compassion Satisfaction and Fatigue Version 4 (PROFESSIONAL QUALITY OF LIFE, ProQOL) by Hudnall Stamm. The collected data will be processed using the chi-square test and Spearman's correlation coefficient, and will be presented for discussion in order to establish improvement actions aimed at ensuring quality service to the users.
