In the ICU the incidence is higher, due to factors such as decreased Glasgow blood pressure, hemodynamic instability, sedation, etc. Nursing clinical records help us systematically document nursing work, they are the means of written communication of the work performed and guarantee the continuity and quality of care. That is why the objective of this study was to determine the level of compliance with the Control Card registry: assessment, diagnosis and evolution of pressure ulcers in a level III public hospital. The cross-sectional observational descriptive method. The population will consist of patients hospitalized in the ICU of the level III hospital, who have LPP and who have control cards. The instrument to be used will be a data collection form.
