Ítem Acceso abierto Benefits of prehospital care with blood products in patients with traumatic hemorrhage.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-11-29) Cuenca Medina, Emperatriz Adita; Tafur Naupari, Saray; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoMaterials and Methods: The study design was a systematic review of a quantitative type. The population consisted of 56 articles, and the sample was 10 scientific articles published and indexed in scientific databases. The instrument used was a search in the following databases: Pub Med, Epistemonikos, Cochrane, and Wiley. For the evaluation of the articles, the GRADE system was used, which assessed the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendations. Results: The 10 articles correspond to 10% from Australia, 10% from Norway, 20% from the United Kingdom, and 60% from the United States, respectively. In relation to the designs, 20% are systematic reviews, 70% are randomized controlled trials, and 10% are retrospective cohort studies. Conclusion: Of the found evidence, 20% (n=02/10) indicate the effectiveness of pre-hospital care with blood products in patients with traumatic hemorrhage, 70% (n=07/10) guarantee safety and benefits of pre-hospital care with blood products in patients with traumatic hemorrhage, and 10% (n=01/10) maintain limited information.
