This research work will be carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout syndrome in health personnel who work in the Mental Health service of a Hospital in Ayacucho, 2021. The research has a quantitative approach. basic type, cross-sectional observational design. The population group will be made up of 32 personnel who work in the Mental Health service. For data collection, questionnaires will be used for both variables, prior to this with permission and respective consent of the informed consent of the collaborators, the first questionnaire consists of 27 questions, while the second questionnaire has 22 questions. The results will be compiled and then processed in an Excel program database to later be tabulated using the SPSS version 22 statistical program.
