Techniques and Instruments for Data Collection: The applied technique is the survey, the instrument is the questionnaire with 30 items to evaluate the three dimensions, validated by expert judgments and for the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's Alpha was used with a 0.913 of high reliability. Procedure: To collect data, it is organized with the Excel program, then it will be exported in the statistical software SPSS version 26.Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of nursing care and user satisfaction in a hospital in Metropolitan Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-01-04) Villarreal Méndez, Denisse Antuanette; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaThis thesis aimed to determine the relationship between quality of care and user satisfaction in a hospital in Metropolitan Lima. It was research ascribed to the quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design of correlational and cross-sectional scope. Its population consisted of 80 subjects and its type of sampling was non-probabilistic for convenience. Its technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. It was obtained that 72.5% of the respondents consider that the quality of care has a high level, followed by the medium level (27.5%), while user satisfaction was perceived as high by 98.8% of the subjects, followed by the level medium (1.2%). The inferential analysis, carried out with a standard value of 0.05 and with Spearman's rho coefficient, allowed us to know that there is no correlation between these variables, since p-value = 0.051>0.05. A similar trend was found between the environment dimension and user satisfaction (p-value= 0.101>0.05), between the theoretical-scientific dimension and user satisfaction (p-value= 0.351>0.05), except between the interpersonal dimension and satisfaction (p -value= 0.005< 0.05). Therefore, we conclude by accepting the null hypothesis and question the alternative hypothesis.
