The articles were found in the following databases: Pubmed, Epistemonikos, Scielo, Bvsalud, Lilacs, Cuiden, Doaj, finding that 50% (n=5/10) is a systematic review, 40% (n= 4/ 10) is a randomized controlled trial and 10% (n=1/10) is quasi-experimental. These studies come from the countries of Brazil (50%), China (30%), Colombia (10%) and Singapore (10%) Results: 80% of evidence (n=8/10) indicates that therapeutic play is effective in reducing pain, anxiety and improving humanized care in hospitalized pediatric patients, while 10% (n=1/10) report that there is no significant difference and 10% (n=1/10) indicate that the results They are questionable. Conclusion: Therapeutic game is effective in reducing pain, anxiety and improving humanized care in hospitalized pediatric patients.
