Materials and methods: The present study has a quantitative approach, in terms of design it is a non-experimental study. descriptive and cross-sectional. The population was made up of 100 hospitalized patients. The instrument used was the CUCACE. Results: It was found that 46% of patients perceived the quality of nursing care as “very good”; “completely good”, 37%; “good”, 17%. No participant favored the fair and bad perception. According to the dimension of experience with nursing care, it was found that 44% of patients considered it “very good”; and in the dimension satisfaction with nursing care, 45% of patients considered it “very good.” Conclusions: The majority of hospitalized patients perceived the quality of nursing care to be very good.
