    Level of managerial skills in nursing service chiefs in a level IV hospital in Lima

    The purpose of the study is to determine the level of management skills in service chief nurses in a level IV hospital from January to December 2021 in Lima. Methodology: the method will be deductive with a quantitative approach, the type of research: it will be applied, with a design: observational, descriptive, transversal. The representative sample of the study will be made up of 58 nursing professionals in charge of heads of nursing services with face-to-face and remote work in a level IV hospital, the data collection technique and instruments: in the data collection technique, the survey at a single moment, using the instrument “management skills”, which represents a Cron Bach Alpha of 0.964. Procedure: The data obtained will be processed over a period of two months, and the Excel program will be used as a tool, for greater precision and accuracy, then it will be exported to SPSS version 25.0 software. Statistical analysis: for the descriptive evaluation, frequency tables, measures of central tendency, and dispersion and graphic representations will be used.

    Nursing human talent management of the Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza level III - Lima 2021

    Objective: Determine the management of nursing human talent. Methodology: the study will have a quantitative, applied approach, the design will be cross-sectional observational. The representative sample is 59 nursing coordinators, the sampling is non-probabilistic for convenience. Techniques and Instruments for Data Collection: The applied technique is the survey, the instrument is the questionnaire with 30 items to evaluate the three dimensions, validated by expert judgments and for the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's Alpha was used with a 0.913 of high reliability. Procedure: To collect data, it is organized with the Excel program, then it will be exported in the statistical software SPSS version 26.
