Individual safety clothing is a tool that protects different parts of the body, directly exposing workers to risk factors that can cause injuries and illnesses. Workplace accidents help reduce the severity of injuries, but there are different types and forms, each with its own purpose and use. Personal protective factors prevent the employee from being directly exposed to the risk agents exposed in the course of their work activities, even if it is proven that the worker does not use them. “Resistance to the use of personal protective equipment among workers at the “Torres” carpentry shop is one of the most common obstacles that we discovered in charge of advising and verifying the use of equipment. Rejection is caused by a variety of factors, such as annoyance, resistance to change, embarrassment or employee behavior, I don't know, I don't know or I can't.
