    Biocultural, socioeconomic and institutional factors related to the mother's dropout in the growth and development control program in children from 2 to 4 years old: Hospital de Barranca, 2020

    The child's care is carried out in the CRED office, where the nurse provides care to ensure adequate growth and development. This provides its optimal conditions so that children can have better opportunities in current and future life; Furthermore, it teaches the caregiver to remake their eating, care and breastfeeding habits and customs that will smooth out early morning child development. The objective of the work is to identify the biocultural, socioeconomic and institutional factors related to the mother's dropout in the growth and development control program in children from 2 to 4 years old. Barranca Hospital 2020. The study has a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional correlational approach. The study population will be made up of 176 mothers of children from 2 to 4 years old. For data collection, the survey will be used as a technique measured in a checklist that will evaluate the independent variable Biocultural, socioeconomic and institutional factors, a questionnaire will be used as a data collection instrument to measure the dependent variable Dropout of Growth and Development , a form will be used to collect information from the child's control card, all of this will be done through the home visit.

    Effectiveness of home enteral nutrition in older adults

    Objective: To analyze and systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of home enteral nutrition in older adults. Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review. Population: 35 research studies, with a sample of 10 articles from the databases Elsevier, Scielo, Dialnet, Medline, EBSCO, ScienceDirect, and PubMed. The GRADE system was used to assign quality and strength of recommendation. Results: All systematically reviewed articles indicate the effectiveness of home enteral nutrition in older adults. Of these, 30% were of high quality with strong recommendation strength, and 70% were of low quality with weak recommendation strength. The studies are from Spain (80%), Poland (10%), and the United States (10%). Conclusions: The reviewed studies show that 80% conclude that home enteral nutrition is effective in older adults due to increased use, good tolerance, and cost-effectiveness; it is suitable for neurological conditions and limited physical activity without decreasing BMI; it presents fewer complications. However, 20% of the studies refute its effectiveness, as it does not prolong survival or mitigate complications, and suggests poor perceptions and sensations for those using it, in addition to not improving the patient’s quality of life.

    Effectiveness of home nursing visits to improve functional capacity in older adults

    Objective: To systematize evidence on the effectiveness of home nursing visits in improving the functional capacity of older adults. Materials and Methods: A retrospective and observational systematic review was conducted, utilizing a planned methodology. The results of various studies were synthesized while minimizing biases using the GRADE system to measure the strength of recommendations. Results: Ten articles were selected, from Spain, Chile, Brazil, Japan, Costa Rica, and Mexico, respectively. Six articles had high evidence quality, one had moderate evidence, and three had low evidence.

    Effectiveness of home nursing visits to prevent treatment abandonment in tuberculosis patients

    Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of the nursing home visit for the prevention of abandonment in the treatment of tuberculosis. Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search was carried out in articles with full texts that evidence methodological strength. The Grade system was used for the level of evidence and strength of recommendation. Result: 10 articles were chosen, 20% with (02) articles from India, 30% with (03) articles from Brazil and 10% each from South Africa, Canada, Cambodia, Uganda and Tanzania. Systematic reviews have been studied from Canada, descriptive studies from Brazil, India followed by quasi-experimental studies, Cambodia qualitative study and followed by Uganda and Tanzania with Cohort study. Where of the total number of articles analyzed (100%) affirm the effectiveness of the home visit to prevent abandonment of anti-tuberculosis treatment. Conclusions: The various articles studied internationally demonstrate the effectiveness of home visits to prevent abandonment of tuberculosis treatment.

    Effectiveness of home visits by nurses in improving the quality of life of older adults.

    Objective: To systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of home visits by nurses in the quality of life of older adults. Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review. Home visits are an essential component of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions in clinical practice. The search was restricted to articles with full text, and selected articles were critically read using the GRADE system to assign the strength of recommendation. Results: Ten articles were selected, with 40% from Spain, 20% from Chile, 20% from Brazil, and 10% from Mexico and Canada, respectively. Most of the studies were systematic reviews, with 40% from Spain, Chile, and Canada. Among the controlled clinical trials, 20% were from Mexico and Spain. Case-control studies accounted for 30%, from Brazil and Spain, and one cohort study from Brazil. Of the total articles analyzed, 80% affirmed the effectiveness of home visits. Conclusions: The reviewed studies provide evidence that nursing home visits effectively improve the quality of life of older adults.

    Effectiveness of home visits to reduce child abuse

    Objective: To study and systematize the effectiveness of home visits in reducing child abuse in children under 5 years old. Materials and Methods: A systematic, observational, retrospective review of a quantitative type, critically selected, using the GRADE evaluation system to identify the quality of evidence. Articles were found in databases such as Scielo, Dialnet, Lilacs, PubMed, Epistemokitos, Medwave, Elsevier, and BMC. The articles were analyzed using the GRADE scale to determine their strength and quality of evidence. Results: Of the articles systematically reviewed, 60% (n=6/10) are systematic reviews, 10% (n=1/10) are integrative reviews, 10% (n=1/10) are panoramic reviews, and 20% (n=2/10) are meta-analyses. According to the results, all (100%) the articles show the effectiveness of home visits in reducing child abuse in children under 5 years old. Conclusion: All the reviewed articles (100%) demonstrate the effectiveness of home visits in reducing child abuse in children under 5 years old.

    Effectiveness of the home care program in ulcer care

    In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, with 30% (03) we found Brazil, 20% (02) corresponded to Spain and Chile, while with 10% (01) we found Argentina, Costa Rica and Mexico. respectively. Most of the systematic reviews have been studied, with 30%, 10% Meta-analysis and 10% experimental clinical studies, mainly in the countries of Spain, Brazil and Costa Rica. Among the descriptive quantitative studies we find the countries of Brazil and Chile, with 20%, with 10% we have cross-sectional quantitative studies belonging to Brazil, with 10% we have the cohort study belonging to Mexico and a descriptive observational study belonging to Spain. Where, of the total number of articles analyzed, 100% affirm that pressure ulcer care is effective in home care.

    Factors involved in the dropout of mothers from monitoring the growth and development of children under 3 years of age at the Ramos Larrea Maternal and Child Center, Imperial, Cañete, Lima, 2021

    The research: “Factors involved in the dropout of mothers to the CRED control of children under 3 years of age from the C.M.I. Ramos Larrea, Imperial, Cañete" is carried out due to the low coverage obtained in the evaluations of the I-semester 2019, 51 children dropped out, the 2019 population under 3 years old is 290 children; The objective is to identify the causes that are involved in the failure of mothers to comply with the CRED control of children under 3 years of age. The methodology of the study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design. For data collection, home visits will be made. An Interview Guide with 28 questions will be used for the 51 mothers who did not attend the CRED control in the urban and rural areas of the district. from Imperial. The researchers Benavente and Gallegos (2015) carried out the study with 176 mothers, they applied the questionnaire with 25 questions and evaluated the authenticity and clarity of the instrument, they used the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient with a value of 0.6289 and a Spearman correlation of 0.9581. For the execution, authorization was requested from the C.M.I. headquarters. Ramos Larrea with the commitment to protect the data and confidentiality of the participants.

    Knowledge and practices of the family caregiver regarding the care of the elderly in the EsSalud home care program, Lima 2022

    Aging is a problem worldwide, according to several statistics they infer that in the world there are around 600 million people over 60 years of age and that this figure will double over the years, reaching 2000 million in the year 2050, therefore which health personnel seek to improve the quality of life of this group of people through research that allows us to approach different problems. Therefore, this research project will focus on the care of the elderly by their family caregivers, seeking to determine the relationship that exists between the knowledge and practice of the caregiver regarding the care of the elderly in the Essalud home care program. 2022. This research work is based on the hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, applied, non-experimental research, the level of research is cross-sectional correlational. The sample will consist of 358 family caregivers of older adults in the home care program. The information will be obtained through the survey technique, the instruments used are questionnaires on knowledge and practices about caring for the elderly.
