In recent years, the number of cases affected by musculoskeletal disorders has increased, with the most common occurring in the back area, with approximately 568 million cases leading to disability worldwide. There are many evidence-based interventions, one of which is postural hygiene. This set of techniques and guidelines contributes positively to the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders caused by static postures, improper movements, repetitive motions, or muscle overload.
