(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-03-07) Rodriguez Valencia, Ana; Fernández Rengifo, Werther Fernando

If this situation continues, the waiting area could suffer a collapse due to the mental and emotional instability exhibited by the relatives. For these reasons, this research aims to study the levels of uncertainty among the relatives of patients transferred to the emergency room, with the purpose of supporting the hospital management and thus developing strategies, courses, or workshops to provide support both to the patients and their families.
