Synthesis of the methodology: The study has a quantitative, observational, non-experimental design and cross-sectional approach, the study population is made up of 40 clinical histories of pregnant women from the. Data collection technique and instrument: a questionnaire with 24 questions was used, the results were processed and entered in an Excel database and tabulated in an appropriate system, using SPSS version 22. The chi-square test was used to determine whether there is a relationship or dependence between the variables and Spearman's nonparametric correlation coefficient test was used to determine the statistically significant relationship. Results: 50% of pregnant women with anemia in the, Ate Vitarte 2022, have iron deficiency, in terms of the dimensions it could be observed that the hemoglobin level is high with 45%; also, the risk of miscarriage is 50%; while the capacity of the pregnant woman was found with a high level with 40%. Conclusions: It has been determined that there is a statistically significant relationship between iron deficiency and healthy eating in pregnant women with anemia in the, Ate Vitarte in the year 2022 (sig.= 0.051). No significant correlations were found between the dimensions of iron deficiency and healthy eating.
