Ítem Acceso abierto Psychosocial risk and work stress of the nursing professional who works in the Mobile care system for emergencies and medical emergencies (SAMU - MINSA) February 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-01-07) Roque Evangelista, Francisco Robert; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeMethodology: This research is quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional. Results Regarding work stress, it can be observed that in a higher percentage low work stress predominates represented with 62.8% (54) and regarding exposure to psychosocial risks, it predominates with a higher percentage unfavorable with 43% (37), followed by favorable with 31.4% (27) and, finally, unfavorable with 25.8% (22). The level of work stress that presides is intermediate level with 23.3% (20), where, exposure to psychosocial risks, there is 8.1% (7) for favorable and unfavorable, and 7% (6) for the unfavorable level. And in a lower percentage the stress level, where exposure to psychosocial risks, is represented in 9.3% (8) for favorable and 4.7% (4) for unfavorable. Conclusions: Psychosocial risk is directly related to the work stress of the nursing professional who works in the mobile care system for medical emergencies and urgents (SAMU – MINSA). Regarding the exposure to psychosocial risks, it is evident that a higher percentage is the unfavorable level, with a tendency towards the favorable level and finally the unfavorable level. The following is also evident regarding work stress; with a higher percentage, it is the low level followed by the intermediate level and stress with and no one presents a high level of work stress.
