Monitoreo de pacientes post operados de catarata a través del uso de las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC), en la clínica oftalmológica Divino Niño Jesús, Lima– 2019

Método: Enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, en cuanto al diseño metodológico longitudinal, no experimental, con una población total de 100 pacientes post operados de cataratas y dados de alta de la clínica, cumpliendo los criterios (inclusión - exclusión), la técnica aplicada fue la entrevista y para determinar el uso de las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC), se aplicó un instrumento para recolectar datos tipo escala o Score telefónico denominado por el autor Viñoles: Escala Ambulatoria Incapacidad Cirugía (ASI). Resultados: Existe baja incapacidad (ASI 1) en todas las llamadas telefónicas, siendo llamada 1 (98.0%) de captación del control en buen curso de recuperación; seguidamente la alta incapacidad (ASI 3) (18.0%) en la 4ta. llamada; y la incapacidad media (ASI 2) se muestra con menor captación con 2.0% y 5.0% en la 1ra. y 3ra. llamada. Conclusiones: Se determinó que en la monitorización de los pacientes post operados de cataratas a través del uso de tecnología de información y comunicación (TIC) hubo una baja incapacidad (ASI 1) de los pacientes en todas las llamadas telefónicas; seguidamente la alta incapacidad (ASI 3) en la 4ta. llamada; mientras que la incapacidad media (ASI 2) se muestra con menor captación (1ra. y 3ra. llamada), necesitando más llamadas de mejoría en el paciente.

Uso de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación en la educación virtual y su efecto en la salud de escolares en tres instituciones educativas de Junín - Perú, 2022

Objective: To determine the relationship between the use of information and communication technologies in virtual education and its effect on the health of schoolchildren. Method: Hypothetical deductive, quantitative, non-experimental and correlational design. An instrument prepared by the researcher, validated by 10 expert judges and a Cronbach's alpha of .815, with a significance level of 0.5 in both variables, was used. The population was made up of schoolchildren from three Educational Institutions of the Tambo District, Department of Junín. Peru. Results: 481 schoolchildren were surveyed, within the personal factors the sex that most predominated was male (57%), the age that predominated was 11 years (31.2%), and the grade they were in was 5th grade. (30.6%). The general hypothesis was contrasted, there being a significant relationship between the use of ICT in virtual education with the health of schoolchildren (Rho=.343). There was also a significant correlation between the use of ICTs with the ocular dimension (Rho=.167), in the same way there was a significant correlation between the use of ICTs with the oral health dimension (Rho=.230), the use of ICT with the mental health dimension the correlation was significant (Rho=.360), in the same way there was a significant correlation between the use of ICT with the postural health dimension (Rho=.216), likewise there was a significant correlation between the use of ICT with the dimension of nutritional habits (Rho=.226) Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the use of research and communication technologies in virtual education and its effect on the health of students in three educational institutions in Junín- Peru, 2022.

Uso de sistema informático empresarial y gestión de recursos en el área de control de calidad de un laboratorio cosmético Lima, Febrero 2021

The study used a deductive method, with a quantitative approach, a basic type, and a descriptive-correlational research design. The sample consisted of 80 people who work directly with the computer system. The instrument included two questionnaires, one for each variable, which were validated by three professional experts. Their reliability was measured with Cronbach's alpha, with results of 0.825 and 0.941, respectively. 43.8% of respondents stated that resources are always managed, while 51.3% said sometimes, and 5% said never. 82.5% always use the company's computer system, while 17.5% answered sometimes. The Chi-squared value was less than 0.05 (0.000), leading to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1). It was therefore concluded that a relationship exists between the use of the company's computer system and resource management in the quality control area of a Cosmetic Laboratory in Lima in February 2021.
