Publicación Acceso abierto Análisis del ejercicio de los derechos arco en el marco de la protección de datos personales en el Ministerio de Salud, Lima 2022 - 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-05-13) Camones Alcazar, Adriana Abril; Ramírez Peña, IsabelIntroduccion: En la presente investigación, se aborda la protección de los datos personales como un tema prioritario en la era digital, especialmente en instituciones públicas como el Ministerio de Salud (MINSA). En este marco, la presente investigación analiza el ejercicio de los derechos ARCO (Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación y Oposición) durante el periodo 2022-2023, con el propósito de identificar avances, desafíos y oportunidades de mejora en la implementación de estos derechos. El objetivo del estudio fue examinar cómo se ejecutan los derechos ARCO en el contexto del MINSA, evaluando su nivel de cumplimiento según lo estipulado en la Ley N° 29733. La metodología empleada fue cualitativa, utilizando entrevistas semiestructuradas con funcionarios clave y análisis documental de normativas y procedimientos vinculados a la gestión de datos personales. Los resultados muestran que el ejercicio de los derechos ARCO se alinea con los principios de consentimiento, finalidad, calidad y seguridad. Sin embargo, se evidenciaron desafíos importantes: el derecho de acceso necesita mayor sensibilización ciudadana, el proceso de rectificación enfrenta limitaciones por la burocracia y la falta de transparencia, la cancelación requiere auditorías más frecuentes, y la oposición, aunque fortalecida por iniciativas de sensibilización, necesita mayor soporte tecnológico y educativo. En conclusión, aunque se han logrado avances significativos en la implementación de los derechos ARCO, persisten áreas de mejora relacionadas con la simplificación de procesos, la transparencia institucional y la educación ciudadana. Estas acciones son fundamentales para garantizar una gestión eficiente y segura de los datos personales en el ámbito de la salud pública.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores socio-profesionales asociados al uso de las TIC en docentes universitarios de Lima Metropolitana, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-03-04) Yagui Kaqui, Akemi Carolina; Venegas Mejía, Valia LuzThis research aims to stablish the association of socio-professional factors with the level of use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in university teachers of Metropolitan Lima, 2022. In the descriptive correlational study with a quantitative approach, the collection of Information for both variables were collected through questionnaires whose validity and reliability were evaluated before their application to the study sample. It was found that approximately half of the participants had a medium level in terms of the use of ICT tools in the teaching workplace. Furthermore, more than half of the teachers excel in the pedagogical and attitudinal dimensions associated with this variable. It is emphasized that the number of male teachers is twice that of female teachers and that the majority of educators are over 50 years old, with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Likewise, it was found a significant positive correlation with a significance level set at 0.01. Likewise, it was intended to explain how competences in reading comprehension can be developed in this area with the implementation of different virtual tools. To do this, it was necessary to design under the guidance of TIC methodological strategies in web 2.0 such as the use of a blog, some activities on the Moodle platform, videos on You tube, local virtual tools such as video bean, USB memory, cell phones Among others, which evaluated the influence they could have on learning processes to achieve this goal. We worked with a population of 77 students that corresponded to 100% of the groups of the ninth degree of the educational headquarters, being taken as nonprobabilistic sample at the discretion of the investigator 52 of these, considering that it was a representative sample of the group. It is a type of descriptive research with a quasi-experimental design. In the first place a survey was applied to identify the degree of interest among the students to work with virtual learning tools. An instrument for data collection was then designed and applied, which was a questionnaire which met the indicators that responded to the dimensions of the work. For the validation of the instrument, the data obtained in the pre-test questionnaire based on the categories of the Likert scale and with the support of the formula of the Cronbach Alpha coefficient were taken into account. This instrument was applied in the form of Input Test and Output Test whose contrast of results allows us to affirm that the Competences in Comprehension in the area of Natural Sciences have improved by 65% in general level. Periodic observations were also made on the incorporation of the virtual tools in the pedagogical process between pre-test and post-test. This research is framed in the line of Technological Didactic Tools of support to the teaching-learning according to the one posed by the Wiener University.Publicación Acceso abierto Sistema web basado en ITIL para optimizar la gestión de servicios de TI en una empresa tecnológica de Lima, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-04-29) Alvarez Aguirre, Michel William; Peña Mallqui, Yomelina; Córdova Forero, Julio Alfredo MartinEste estudio de trabajo de investigación profesional se centra en el desarrollo las mejores prácticas en ITIL para realizar la gestión de servicios tecnológicos en una empresa de tecnología en Lima, ya que actualmente existen deficiencias en la gestión de incidencias y requerimientos en la atención con los clientes. En este sentido, el objetivo de esta investigación es desarrollar un sistema web que optimice la gestión de servicios de TI, utilizando la estructura de referencia ITIL. Para ello, se plantean varios objetivos específicos; primero, identificar las deficiencias en la gestión actual de servicios de TI; luego, diseñar un sistema web que integre las mejores prácticas de ITIL para la gestión de incidencias; después, implementar el sistema y evaluar su impacto en la eficiencia operativa y calidad de servicio; y finalmente, proporcionar capacitación al personal sobre el uso del sistema y las prácticas de ITIL. En cuanto a la metodología, la investigación adoptará un enfoque cuantitativo con un diseño preexperimental, utilizando la metodología ágil Scrum. La población está conformada 2 subprocesos clave de la gestión de incidentes: (a) calidad del servicio, (b) eficiencia operativa. Además, se emplearán fichas de observación como herramienta para cuantificar la calidad de servicio y la eficiencia en la gestión de incidencias antes y después de la implementación del sistema. Finalmente, este estudio tiene como finalidad contribuir el avance en la gestión de los servicios de TI para una empresa de tecnológica, ofreciendo una solución completa que no solo incremente la eficiencia en las operaciones, sino que también incremente la satisfacción del cliente en la empresa, así apoyando en el cumplimiento de los objetivos.Publicación Acceso abierto Uso de herramientas digitales y aprendizaje autónomo en estudiantes de medicina de una universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-04-19) Gastelú Velásquez, Gloria Angélica; Palacios Garay, Jessica PaolaThe research work aimed to show the relationship between the use of digital tools and autonomous learning in medical students of a private university in Metropolitan Lima 2024. The hypothetical-deductive method was used, with a quantitative approach, a cross-sectional nonexperimental design and a correlational descriptive level. The study population was 200 students. For data collection, two duly validated instruments were available, one of them called the Questionnaire for the Study of the Digital Competence of Higher Education Students (DCHES) and the other the Questionnaire of Autonomous Work Strategies (QAWS) in university students. A high moderate positive correlation was found between the variables digital tools and autonomous learning. Similarly, a moderate positive correlation was found in the dimensions; problem solving and decision-making (0.582**); communication and collaboration and autonomous learning (0.657**); digital citizenship and autonomous learning (0.616**); and creativity and innovation and autonomous learning (0.672**).
