Capacitación y desempeño laboral en trabajadores de droguerias de Lima, 2022

Objetivo: “Determinar la asociación entre la capacitación y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de Droguerías”. Material y método: El presente estudio realizado en Droguerías, pionera en el ámbito consta de un estudio no experimental-transversal y de tipo correlativo por las 2 variables estudiadas; de una población de aproximadamente 150 trabajadores, se tomó una muestra de 108 personas las cuales laboran dentro de la Droguerías, excluyendo personas de la tercera edad o con el rango de Gerentes, en donde hemos utilizado 2 cuestionarios propios respectivamente validados por 6 expertos en la materia de Gestión; así mismo previamente se pasó por una muestra piloto. Resultado: Con la aplicación de los cuestionarios, nos arrojaron que la capacitación está realmente muy asociada al “desempeño laboral dentro de los trabajadores” del establecimiento Farmacéutico (Droguerías) en donde se efectuó este estudio dado que estadístico de Tau-b de Kendal tuvo un resultado de p valor=0.00; asimismo, vemos que el estado civil soltero es el más predominante con 72.7% (homogénea alta), asimismo el rango de edades más comunes en relación homogénea alta es entre los 21años a 27 años (46.5%) y el sexo masculino es el más predominante (67.4%). Conclusiones: La gran mayoría de los encuestados del presente dicho establecimiento farmacéutico presentó un “nivel de homogeneidad muy alto tanto para la variable capacitación y desempeño laboral, por lo que se puede concluir que existe una relación estreche entre estas dos variables”, incluida sus dimensiones.

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of a educational intervention of 3 months duration at the levels of hemoglobin of children from 6 to 35 months of age with anemia, treated in 2 health facilities in the San Juan de Lurigancho district. A sample of 122 children was taken from the Project database “Zero Anemia.” Median hemoglobin before intervention was 10.4g/dL and after the intervention it was 11.4g/dL, being the statistically significant difference.

Effectiveness of changing the peripheral venous catheter in the prevention of phlebitis

Objective: Systematize the available evidence on the effectiveness of changing the peripheral venous catheter for the prevention of phlebitis. Methodology: The study carried out is a Systematic Review of 10 articles in the LILACS, SCIELO, MEDLINE, and PUBMED databases, whose search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using the Jover's evaluation to identify its level of evidence. Results: In the review of the Articles, the effectiveness of changing the peripheral venous catheter to prevent phlebitis is observed; However, in the latest studies carried out, the permanence time of peripheral devices does not show the cause of the origin of vascular complications such as phlebitis, in relation to the systematic change and replacement due to clinical indication in adult patients with intravenous treatment. Conclusion: The evidence shows that to prevent phlebitis in hospitalized patients, changing the peripheral venous catheter does not necessarily require routine change every 72 hours, but rather when clinically indicated. Most of the studies reviewed provide input to the nursing professional and health institutions shared benefits. patient safety, reduction in procedures and time in care and reduction in costs

Knowledge and practices of adolescent mothers about breastfeeding in health facilities of the DIRIS Lima Centro, 2022. Objective: Determine the relationship between knowledge and practices of adolescent mothers about breastfeeding in health facilities of the DIRIS Lima Centro, 2022 Methodology: Corresponds to a quantitative approach, basic type, correlational level, deductive method, non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample will be made up of 80 adolescent mothers who attend DIRIS Lima Centro health facilities, during the months of August, September and October of 2022. In addition, the inclusion criteria will be pregnant mothers who attend the Santa Rosa Health Center. of Lima, Villa María Perpetuo Socorro Health Center and Rescate Health Post, pregnant adolescent mothers from 14 to 17 years of age, adolescent mothers who speak Spanish, and adolescent mothers whose parents have signed the informed consent, which will endorse their participation in the research. To collect the information, the survey will be used and the instrument will be the questionnaire. Therefore, the participants will have to answer the questionnaire adapted from Obregón's research carried out in 2018. This questionnaire will be made up of 30 questions: 20 questions related to knowing the level of knowledge about breastfeeding (breastfeeding, breast milk, advantages and breastfeeding techniques) and 10 questions regarding breastfeeding practices (breastfeeding and breastfeeding techniques).

Level of knowledge and safe practices in the prevention of pressure injuries, of nursing professionals, in a national hospital Lima - 2021

The formation of pressure injuries in different health institutions is part of a global problem; Therefore, the articulated efforts of different social actors are urgently needed; in order to prevent and avoid its formation; since its scope affects the patient, caregiver and increases the costs of the health system. The study will use the deductive method and is limited within the quantitative approach; Likewise, by nature it is correlational and transversal; whose execution projection will be between the months of September and November 2021. The population considered for this research is made up of all the nurses who work at the Guillermo Almenara National Hospital, whose sample will be those who work in the COVID 19 hospitalization service of the aforementioned institution. To measure the level of knowledge, the survey technique will be applied, through the questionnaire; while safe practices will be evaluated through a checklist.

Level of knowledge in basic life support that nursing graduates who work in DIRIS Lima Norte health establishments have in the district of Comas 2020

In the world the incidence of cardiac arrest is high. In our country, heart diseases occupy second place among the causes of death. In the city of Lima, the average time it takes for a victim in cardiac arrest to receive life support is 17.2 minutes, after 10 minutes it is generally the prognosis is bad. Health centers and posts, due to their proximity to families, could respond more quickly to this type of emergency, which is why the professional nursing staff who work in these health establishments must be constantly trained and updated in basic life support, guaranteeing an adequate and quick response. The objective is to determine the level of knowledge about basic life support that nursing graduates who work in health centers and posts of the DIRIS Lima Norte in the district of Comas have. This research will have a quantitative approach, in terms of methodological design, it is a cross-sectional descriptive research. A questionnaire-type data collection instrument will be used, prepared based on the basic life support guidelines of the American Heart Association 2015, its 2018 and 2020 updates.

Lifestyle of older adults who go to a health center in Lima, 2020

Lifestyle is the result of a person's customs and habits which is influenced by the social, cultural, political and economic environment. Worldwide, populations are aging rapidly and there must be public policies and health guidelines focused on healthy and active aging. In health establishments, the person in charge of the life stage of the elderly is the nurse and the work must be carried out under a scientific foundation and based on theories, such as that of Dorotea Orem in this case. The objective is to determine what the lifestyles of older adults are like, seen from their dimensions of nutrition, activity and exercise, stress management, interpersonal support, self-actualization and health responsibility. The information obtained will encourage the development of strategies and activities. preventive - promotional aimed at this age group. It will have a quantitative, cross-sectional approach, a simple random probabilistic sampling will be used and a lifestyle scale questionnaire will be applied, by Walker E and collaborators, it is divided into six dimensions, diet, activity and exercise, stress management, interpersonal support, self-realization and responsibility in health and is made up of 25 items.

Nursing staffing and quality of nursing care in health services

Objective: Determine the relationship between nursing staffing and quality of nursing care in health services. Materials and methods: Systematic investigations are an observational and retrospective research design that synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations, which are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to its rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of the clinical practice. Results: The articles were located in the Lilacs, Scielo, Pudmeb, Lilacs databases. The final sample was 9 articles between a systematic and cross-sectional review which met the main research question, the results show that the issue of staffing in nursing is a competence of nursing administration, however some health institutions assign the personnel in a traditional way according to the number of beds and patients which causes routine treatment; The articles studied agree that a classification of patients must be made and according to these characteristics the corresponding allocation of resources capable of providing adequate and efficient care can be made. Conclusions: The reviewed articles show a firm relationship between nursing staffing and the quality of nursing care in the various health services; also showing that adequate proportionality in the provision of nursing resources is also related to the prevention of complications and adverse events in patients, a main component of patient safety.
