Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of NPH insulin versus insulin glargine in the treatment of type I diabetic patients.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-01-27) Alzate Giraldo, Maria Elenit; Boñon Moreno, Rosa Mili; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerIt is a systematic review aimed at gathering all empirical evidence that meets pre-established eligibility criteria to answer a specific research question. It uses systematic and explicit methods chosen to minimize bias, thereby providing more reliable results from which conclusions can be drawn and decisions made. The systematic review of the 10 scientific articles on the efficacy of antithrombolytic agents in patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in emergency units was found in the following databases: Lilacs, Scielo, PubMed, Medline, and EBSCO. All studies correspond to the following study types and designs: 1 Systematic Review, 3 Cohorts, and 6 Cross-Sectional Studies. Results: 100% of the studies included in the systematic review (n=10/10) show the therapeutic efficacy of antithrombolytic agents in patients with acute myocardial infarction, allowing the recovery of ischemic areas, reducing mortality from acute myocardial infarction, and increasing survival in patients affected by acute myocardial infarction. Conclusions: The efficacy of antithrombolytic agents in patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in emergency units was demonstrated.
