It is a concept that varies based on each family's experience and the experiences of its members. However, there are several dimensions that are common. Materials and Methods: The approach was quantitative and basic, with a non-experimental, observational design. The study population included 100 family members of children with intellectual disabilities diagnosed with Down syndrome, aged between 6 and 10 years. Results: The quality of life level during the COVID-19 pandemic for families of children with intellectual disabilities was high for 95%, in the emotional well-being dimension, 77% was high, in the family interaction dimension, 98% was high, in the health dimension, 96% was high, in the economic well-being dimension, 62% was medium, in the organization and skills dimension, 90% was high, in the accommodation dimension, 96% was high, and in the inclusion dimension, 83% was high. Conclusions: The quality of life level in all dimensions during the COVID-19 pandemic was high for children with intellectual disabilities, except for economic well-being, which was medium.
