Metodología: El estudio será hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicado, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y correlacional. La población estará conformada por 80 madres adolescentes primíparas; asimismo, las técnicas de recolección de datos serán una encuesta y la observación; además, se utilizarán dos instrumentos el primero un cuestionario (KR-20=0.78) y el segundo una guía de observación (KR-20=0.74). Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre el cuidado enfermero y grado de lesión en columela nasal por uso prolongado de CPAP en prematuros. UCI neonatal Lima - 2024”. Métodos: El estudio emplea un diseño no experimental, una técnica hipotética-deductiva y un enfoque cuantitativo. La población de interés es de 80 enfermeros y 30 recién nacidos prematuros, a quienes se le aplicara una lista de chequeo. Este instrumento nos permitirá compilar una base de datos que analizará el programa estadístico Spss 25.0. Methodologically, a quantifiable approach will be employed, using the deductive method, basic type, cross-sectional study, and a non-experimental correlational design. Three instruments will be applied: a questionnaire and two observation sheets for 80 nurses.The results will be obtained through descriptive statistical analysis and presented in tables and bar charts. The study type was descriptive, prospective, and cross-sectional. The technique used was the survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 53 adolescent mothers, aged 10 to 19, hospitalized in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Service (Adolescent Mother Service) at the National Mother-Child Teaching Hospital San Bartolomé – Lima. Conclusions: The majority (52.8%) of adolescent mothers had a medium level of knowledge. Furthermore, 71.7% of the adolescent mothers were between the ages of 17 and 19, indicating that they were not adequately prepared to take on the responsibility of caring for and raising a newborn, due to their ongoing process of development and formation, as they have not yet naturally completed a fundamental stage of their lives. Additionally, 60.4% of the adolescent mothers were engaged in household tasks. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y el cuidado del catéter percutáneo neonatal en la de unidad cuidados intensivos neonatales de un hospital público de la región Huánuco el año 2025. Metodología: se utilizará el método hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, no experimental, correlacional. Material and Methods: The systematic review of the 10 scientific articles found on sensory motor stimulation as an effective intervention to decrease the transition period to full oral feeding in preterm newborns was conducted in the following databases: PubMed, Cochrane, and Scielo. All articles were analyzed according to the GRADE scale to determine their strength and quality of evidence. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 30% (3/10) are meta-analyses, 10% (1/10) is a systematic review, and 60% (6/10) are experimental studies. Of the 10 systematically reviewed articles, 100% (10/10) provide evidence that sensory motor stimulation is an effective intervention to decrease the transition period to full oral feeding in preterm newborns. Conclusions: Of the 10 systematically reviewed articles, 100% (10/10) provide evidence that sensory motor stimulation is effective in decreasing the transition period to full oral feeding in preterm newborns.
