    Effectiveness of psychosocial nursing interventions for improving the treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders

    Systematize the evidence found on the effectiveness of psychosocial nursing interventions to improve the treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders. Material and Methods: Systematic review, based on critical reading and carried out under the GRADE evaluation system to evaluate the quality of the evidence of the articles selected from the following databases: Epistemonikos, PubMed, Sciencedirect, Elsevier, Cochrane and Scielo. Results: The reviewed articles showed that 70% are systematic reviews, 20% systematic reviews with meta-analysis, and 10% integrative reviews. On the other hand, it was found that in 90% there is effectiveness of psychosocial nursing interventions to improve the treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders, while 10% showed that there is no effectiveness. Conclusion: Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed in (9/10), it was found that psychosocial nursing interventions in patients with psychiatric disorder were effective; such as peer support, family or caregiver interaction, psychoeducational interventions, exercises, recreational activities, among others and only (1/10) showed that there is no effectiveness.
