The data will be statistically processed with the Pearson correlation coefficient, presented in tables and graphs.Ítem Acceso abierto Factors involved in the dropout of mothers from monitoring the growth and development of children under 3 years of age at the Ramos Larrea Maternal and Child Center, Imperial, Cañete, Lima, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-01-24) Paipay Alcántara, Paquita Esther; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoThe research: “Factors involved in the dropout of mothers to the CRED control of children under 3 years of age from the C.M.I. Ramos Larrea, Imperial, Cañete" is carried out due to the low coverage obtained in the evaluations of the I-semester 2019, 51 children dropped out, the 2019 population under 3 years old is 290 children; The objective is to identify the causes that are involved in the failure of mothers to comply with the CRED control of children under 3 years of age. An Interview Guide with 28 questions will be used for the 51 mothers who did not attend the CRED control in the urban and rural areas of the district. from Imperial. The researchers Benavente and Gallegos (2015) carried out the study with 176 mothers, they applied the questionnaire with 25 questions and evaluated the authenticity and clarity of the instrument, they used the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient with a value of 0.6289 and a Spearman correlation of 0.9581. For the execution, authorization was requested from the C.M.I. headquarters. Ramos Larrea with the commitment to protect the data and confidentiality of the participants.Ítem Acceso abierto Level of knowledge about anemia and dietary practices in mothers of children under 5 years of age from the health center of the Victoria Lima district, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-16) Bautista Salcedo, Miriam Justina; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoThe objective of the study was to determine the level of knowledge about anemia and feeding practices in mothers of children under 5 years of age at the Victoria 2022 district health center. For which a quantitative, descriptive, cutting-edge research approach was developed. cross-sectional, was applied in a population of 120 mothers, 80 were selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The technique used was the survey and documentary review, of which a questionnaire and a data collection sheet were carried out, these were validated through expert judgment and reliabilities, Kuder Richardson 20 coefficient and Cronbach's Alpha were applied. The instruments that will be used to measure the variables will be the questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge of anemia, which has been designed by researchers Bernuy J., Cifuentes Y. and Rojas L. from the Cayetano Heredia University and for dietary practices to prevent anemia. It will be the questionnaire that has been designed by Revilla, E from the Cesar Vallejo University. The data will be processed in a SPSS-25 program database that will be represented in tables and graphs that will allow the results to be detailed for easy interpretation.Ítem Acceso abierto Nursing knowledge and practice in the cleaning and disinfection process of surgical material, Huacho Regional Hospital 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-11-29) Pichilingue Curioso, Lili Imelda; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoWhen asepsis, antisepsis, cleaning, and disinfection were introduced, morbidity and mortality rates decreased considerably from 80% to 10%, but population demand and the current state of health of the population, lifestyles, and the failure of Health systems with respect to the resource of surgical materials increase the morbidity and mortality rate by a large percentage. Also, it is necessary to evaluate if the clinical practice guidelines respond to the needs of the population, or if it is the health personnel who fails in the cleaning and disinfection procedure of the material to be used in surgery. Researchers from all over the world have been interested in the cleaning and disinfection procedure, so they mention that cleaning surgical material is equally effective in reducing germs with an alcoholic solution or with an aqueous solution, referring to the enzymatic detergent. It is necessary to mention that the reuse of surgical instruments carries with it the risk of cross infection, in addition to the fact that the cleaning and disinfection procedure is very cumbersome, takes a lot of time, expensive and prone to error.Ítem Acceso abierto Self-care of the adult patient undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Ricardo Palma Clinic, Lima – 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-12-27) Monzón Ortiz, Yessica; Suarez Valderrama, Yurik AnatoliDetermine self-care in adult patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Ricardo Palma clinic. Lima 2020. study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental and descriptive cross-sectional design. The sample population is 64 adult patients, who meet the inclusion criteria proposed by the researchers. The survey will be applied as a technique for data collection and a structured questionnaire as an instrument, called self-care assessment of patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment, which was developed by Cabrera M, with a validation of 0.809% of Crombach's alpha. After coding and entering the data into an Excel database, the results will be presented in statistical tables with their corresponding analysis. This research will respect scientific and ethical guidelines.
