La calidad de servicio y la satisfacción de los usuarios de la oficina de inversión en una entidad pública, Ate 2024

El objetivo principal de nuestro estudio fue igualar las conexiones significativas entre la calidad de servicio con la satisfacción de los usuarios de la oficina de inversión en una entidad pública. Como parte de la metodología aplicada, el estudio es de tipo básica, diseño no experimental, enfoque cuantitativo considerando a 36 encuestados como su muestra. El cuestionario ha sido el instrumento a utilizar y como técnica empleada fue la encuesta. Los resultados arrojan que el valor de p 0,000 es inferior a 0,05, lo cual indica que se accede la suposición de averiguación de coexiste de correlación entre calidad de servicio con la satisfacción de los usuarios de la oficina de inversión en una entidad pública, Ate 2024. Por otro lado, apreciándose que el factor de similitud es 0,866 es indiscutible la presencia de una similitud efectiva entre ambas variables. Por consiguiente, se puede inferir que, mejorando la calidad del servicio dará como resultado la satisfacción de los usuarios.

Competencias gerenciales y ejecución del programa de inversiones en la sede del Gobierno Regional de Huánuco, periodo 2015 – 2016

The general aim of the investigation was to determine the correlation between the managerial competitions and the level of execution of the program of investments in the Headquarters of the Regional Government of Huánuco during the period 2015 - 2016. On the methodology: The type was basic of level correlacional, of not experimental design, the approach was quantitative, the sample was 88 workers, the technology the survey and the instrument the questionnaire, the Rho de Spearman was used to confirm the hypotheses. They were achieved to accept the raised hypotheses, wherefrom: one thought that significant correlation exists between the managerial competitions and the behavior of the execution of the program of investments (Rho's value = 0,390 and p = 0,001); of similar form one thought that there exists significant relation of the leadership, planning, teamwork, and globalization with the behavior of the execution of the program of investments. Finally, 76,1 % of the clerical staff and civil servants perceive that the managerial competitions of the Regional Managers of the above mentioned institution are of regular level, being the dimension focused to improving the "Globalization"; 78,4 % of the personnel perceives that the quality of execution of the program of investments was of regular level during the period 2015 - 2016, being the dimension focused to improving the " Environmental gap ".

Políticas públicas de agroexportación y crecimiento económico, Ayacucho – Perú, 2017-2022

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship of public policies on agroexports on the economic growth of the Ayacucho region 2017 - 2022. The work carried out is a quantitative research, applied following the hypothetical-deductive method; analytical and synthetic, non-experimental design, longitudinal cut, correlational, causal or explanatory level. A documentary analysis of legal norms, public management documents and statistical information was performed. Theoretical currents on public policy and economic growth were taken into account, as well as national and international antecedents. The planning, budgeting, implementation and control instruments of public policies on agro-exports and their influence on GDP, investment and exports in the Ayacucho region were considered. Statistical tools were applied to the data collected, Pearson's R test and R2 (coefficient of determination) were applied, which allowed us to point out the relationship between public policies on agro-exports in the economic growth of the Ayacucho region 2017 - 2022 with a significance level < .05 and moderate to high linear correlation levels in terms of formulation and execution; In the case of the policy evaluation, it is not possible to verify the relationship since it shows a significance > .05.
