Determinación de índices hematológicos eritrocitarios predictores para identificar deficiencia de hierro en adultos mayores sin anemia - Policlínico EsSalud “Francisco Pizarro” Lima, periodo junio - octubre 2024
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-09-29) Gonzales León, Dante Alejandro; Cossio Villar, Mery Ann

Iron definition anemia and risk factors that they influence children under 5 years of age in the Health Center Unidad Vecinal Nº 3 during the year 2023
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-10-29) Chero Pisfil, Felicita Gregoria; Huamán Cárdenas, Victor Raul
Currently, in Peru, the prevalence of anemia remains high, according to the latest demographic and health surveys conducted by the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics. Anemia continues to be one of the most common diseases in children, which is why the objective of this research is to determine the relationship between iron-deficiency anemia and risk factors in children under 5 years old at the Unidad Vecinal No. 3 health center during 2023. The study follows a hypothetical-deductive research method, aiming to test a hypothesis, and later obtain conclusions based on findings. The study has a quantitative approach based on statistical measurement and analysis, allowing the construction of theories. It is applied research, focusing on identifying how scientific knowledge can address or solve a specific practical need. The research design is observational, as the study will be conducted without manipulating variables, and data will be analyzed from phenomena in their natural context. Additionally, it is cross-sectional with a descriptive correlational focus, as data collection occurs at a single point in time.

Level of Knowledge about Iron-Deficiency Anemia among Mothers Attending a Maternal and Child Health Center in Puente Piedra from July to December 2021.
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-11-07) García Reátegui, Shirley Janneth; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa Maria
Objective: To determine the level of knowledge about iron-deficiency anemia among mothers attending a maternal and child health center in Puente Piedra during July-December 2021. Methodology: A quantitative study with a descriptive cross-sectional design. The population will consist of all mothers attending a maternal and child health center in Puente Piedra during July-December 2021. The sample will include 96 participants, selected through systematic probabilistic sampling, with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: The survey technique will be used, with a questionnaire developed by Márquez, which was previously applied in a study at the Micaela Bastidas Health Center in Lima, Peru, in 2007. The questionnaire was validated through expert judgment, with a significant concordance calculated using the concordance table and binomial test (p<0.05). The reliability was assessed by calculating Cronbach's Alpha, which was 0.76 (rated as good). Procedures: Data collection will take place from July to December 2021 at a maternal and child health center in Puente Piedra. Statistical Analysis: A database will be created using Excel, and the relative and absolute frequencies will be presented in tables and graphs for interpretation.

(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-12-16) Pacheco Navarro, Carolina Estefany; Barbaggelata Huaraca, Adriana Josefina
Methodology: A bibliographic review was carried out using bibliographic search engines of scientific articles in the Elsiver, Dialnet, Scielo, Researchgate database and the virtual library linked to the Norbert Wiener Private University. Results: The bibliographic review was carried out in 30 scientific articles, where the obstetric factors that influence the prevalence of anemia are identified: short intergenic period, parity greater than three pregnancies, maternal age less than 25 years, gestational age II and III trimester, prenatal control from the second month of gestation, abortions less than three months, weight (body mass index) and height less than 140cm. Conclusions: according to the evidence, the main factors that influence anemia in pregnant women were: interpregnancy period, parity, maternal age, gestational age, weight, abortions, height and prenatal control.

Psychomotor development and history of anemia in children at the ''César López Silva'' mother and child center, Lima, 2017 - 2018
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-05-17) Ramírez Rodríguez, Angee Haylín; Camacho Conchucos, Herminio Teófilo
The objective of this study was to determine the level of psychomotor development in children with a history of anemia. The population was made up of 52 children from 06 to 24 months of age who attended their healthy child check-ups at the “César López Silva” Maternal and Child Center. ” and who received treatment for anemia, at the time of the evaluation they had normal hemoglobin values for their age. In the studied population it was found that 58% have a delay in their psychomotor development, the dimension that presented the greatest number of children with lower values for their age was social with 62% followed by language with 54% and the male sex was the one that presented the highest percentages of delay in its population with 66%. Children with a history of anemia present a delay in their psychomotor development despite having received timely treatment and having overcome the diagnosis.

Sociocultural factors related to iron deficiency anemia in children from 6 to 36 months at the Túpac Amaru health post
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-12-27) Benito Damian, Angela Karina; Bastidas Solis, Miriam Cecilia
The research project aims to determine the sociocultural factors related to iron deficiency anemia in children from six to thirty-six months of age at the Túpac amaru health post. The project is quantitative, with a descriptive method. As a population there are 180 mothers and as a sample 123. As a technique, the survey was used, as an instrument the questionnaire was validated by expert judgment and Crombach's alpha with a reliability of 0.803. The justification for the development of this project is the contribution of statistical figures that make it easier to understand the real scenario of the social and cultural factor associated with iron deficiency and this can provide support for planning strategies to improve nursing consultations in holistic care. of the child through growth and development monitoring services (cred). The results will provide reliable data for future research with experimental design and qualitative approach on issues related to causes associated with iron deficiency, this in turn will contribute to the improvement of pedagogical teaching models for future nurses in comprehensive child care.
