This is an applied, correlational study in which two questionnaires, revalidated by expert judgment, were used: the Steers and Braunstein Motivation Scale for teachers and the Teacher Performance Questionnaire for students. A correlation coefficient of -0.055 (p-value = 0.215) was obtained, indicating that, statistically, there is no relationship between the variables.
