Cancer is the uncontrolled growth and spread of cells that can appear anywhere in the body, often invading surrounding tissue and causing metastasis. It can be prevented by controlling risk factors. Treatment consists of chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery, if its detection occurs in the initial stages. Covid-19 is a recently discovered infectious disease caused by the coronavirus that affects a large part of the population and is a public health problem that causes serious damage to individuals, families and society; His condition causes a deterioration in the quality of life of the cancer patient, causing high costs in treatment and controls. Aim. Determine how the clinical manifestation of coronavirus is associated with quality of life in cancer patients. Methodology. The present study has a quantitative approach, Hypothetical - deductive method, correlational level, applied type and non-experimental cross-sectional design. On a sample of 56 oncology patients with Covid-19, intentionally selected from a population of 120 oncology patients. Instruments: the FUMAT Questionnaire and Scale, the first of which has been validated by expert judgment. Reliability was determined using Cronbach's Alpha, the contrast statistics will be the Chi square test.

Complementary feeding practices and iron deficiency anemia in children aged 6 to 24 months at the Llanavilla health post in Villa El Salvador, Lima -2021

Complementary feeding practices are an essential tool for human health, since an adequate dietary practice can reduce or avoid the rate of contracting anemia generally in minors, who are the sector with the highest risk. The main objective of this project is to determine the relationship between complementary feeding practices and iron deficiency anemia in children aged 6 to 24 months, at the Llanavilla Health Post in Villa el Salvador, Lima - 2021. The present study has a hypothetical deductive research method with a quantitative approach, applied type, correlational and transversal design. The population and sample are children under 24 months of age treated at the Llanavilla Health Post in the first half of the current year, and the technique that will be applied is the survey, and at the same time the documentary record will be used to extract the results of hemoglobin. Finally, to measure the variable, complementary feeding practice, it is based on a questionnaire, which is made up of 13 items and divided into two dimensions, which are: types of food that determines 6 questions and frequency of food consumption by 7 questions, of In this way, the evaluation scale is established. This instrument was created in 2016 by the researchers: Álvarez Quiñones, Huamani Mendoza, Montoya Jiménez, Clara Trinidad, from the Cayetano Heredia University, and Validated by expert judgment, its reliability is 0.81 by Cron Bach's alpha, which makes this instrument reliable for the application.

Objective: Determine the relationship between ergonomic risk factors and disability due to low back pain in workers in the production area of a company in the industrial sector, 2022. Material and method: Applied, correlational-non-experimental research, the sampling unit will be composed of 50 collaborators from the production area, in the tempera production and latex production sectors, from the industrial sector company. The data collection will be applied questionnaires developed by the researchers Páez Zaruma, Ravelo Sheyla and validated by the Crombach's Alpha coefficient through an expert judgment in 2019, for the participation of the workers, informed consent will be used, to analyze the The data will be entered into the Stata 14 program, which will allow the relative frequency variables obtained to be identified. For the quantitative variables, tables and graphs will be generated with their respective interpretation, using the non-parametric Chi-square test.

Exposure to noise as a contributing factor to work stress in health personnel in different hospital units

Objective: Systematize the evidence on noise exposure as a contributing factor to work stress in health personnel in different hospital units. Materials and Methods: Systematic Review where we seek to synthesize the evidence obtained from various primary and secondary investigations. We have relevant studies that answer the research question, in search we have a restriction of articles with the full title, as for the outstanding studies, they were subjected to the interpretation of the content applied strategic judgment, using the system called grade to identify the strength of the recommendation. Results: we have 10 selected articles, as a result of the review it was obtained that 3/10 (30%) studies were carried out in Brazil, 2/10 (20%) in Colombia, 2/10 (20%) in Mexico, 1 /10 (10%) in the United States, 1 /10 (10%) in Ecuador and 1 /10 (10%) in Chile. 50% of the evidence was of high quality, 10% of medium quality and 40% of low quality of evidence. 50% were systematic reviews, 30% were cross-sectional descriptive studies, 10% were expert opinions and 10% were cohort studies. Conclusions: Noise is a factor that contributes to stress in health workers in various hospital areas. In 3 of the 10 articles it is evident that the hearing threshold is different depending on the person, there are essential factors among them we have gender, age and marital status that increase the risks of suffering damage to this threshold. Each health personnel perceives noise differently. The noises generated in hospital units are not the only ones; we also have noises from the outside environment such as the noise of cars (horn), shouting of users, etc., which lead to human responses such as annoyance, lack of concentration, stress and this is reflected in work performance.

Factors associated with adherence to treatment with ferrous sulfate in mothers with children with anemia under 3 years of age, Lima, 2022

Objective: Determine the factors associated with adherence to treatment with ferrous sulfate in mothers with children with anemia under 3 years of age treated at the Proyectos Especiales Health Post, San Juan de Lurigancho. Methodology: the study will be hypothetical deductive, applied quantitative approach with non-experimental design. The study sample will be made up of 85 mothers who attend the San Juan de Lurigancho Special Projects Health Post. The data collection technique and instrument will be done through a survey directed at mothers with the purpose of determining the associated factors, the instrument has 24 items that were rated positively and negatively, the instrument is validated by 3 judgments. of experts with a 0.60 Cron Bach Alpha and 0.75 and 0.72 reliability. The data obtained will be processed in a Microsoft Office Excel database and a statistical analysis where measurement tables and graphic representation will be developed.

Factors linked to the abandonment of exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) in mothers from La Clínica María del Socorro, located in the ATE-2020 district

Objective To determine the factors linked to the abandonment of Exclusive Breastfeeding in mothers from the María del Socorro Clinic, located in the District of Ate. Among the materials, a review of the bibliographic material was applied. Regarding the method, a quantitative study was carried out on 50 mothers in the postpartum stage, who regularly attend pediatric check-ups at the María del Socorro clinic. The interview was used as a data collection technique and the researcher Carhuas Jem's questionnaire, which has been validated by the Expert Judgment method with 5 Judges and for reliability the Tes-Reset technique has been applied. Data collection took place over a month and the interviews lasted an estimated 35 minutes. Among the relevant results, it was possible to determine several factors, such as socioeconomic ones, where 56% have a marital status of cohabiting and 64% have a higher education level, however, 68% are not working, 50% are dedicated to household chores and 48% of the mothers have an insufficient economic income, the majority (84%) coming from the Sierra and the Coast. Also cultural factors, where 96% consider breast milk as an ideal food and 60% as a provider of nutrients to the child. In conclusion, the evidence found could be linked to the abandonment of EBF.

Objective: determine the levels of knowledge and practice of the cleaning, disinfection and sterilization processes of laparoscopic instruments in the surgical center nurses of a national level III-1 hospital in Lima, July-October 2020. Material and methods: quantitative research , descriptive and cross-sectional; It will be carried out in a national hospital of level of care III-1 in the department of Lima, in the surgical center service to a population of 34 nurses who make up the total sample of the population. The techniques to be used will be the survey and observation; and, the instruments will be the questionnaire and checklist, which were designed by the researchers fernández and rosillo in their work entitled “knowledge and practice of the cleaning, disinfection and sterilization process of laparoscopic surgery instruments, hospital iii josé cayetano heredia piura, 2016”; which were validated through expert judgment using the corrected rank proportion coefficient, obtaining 0.929 and 0.957 respectively; and were subjected to pilot testing, they have Crombach's alpha reliability of 0.864 for the questionnaire, and 0.893 for the checklist. The information will be tabulated in Microsoft Excel, and its analysis will be processed in frequencies and percentages.

Knowledge and practice on prevention of biological risks of the nursing professional of the surgical center of a Hospital in Ica – 2022

The population will be made up of 60 nurses who work in the surgical center of the Regional Hospital of Ica, a non-probabilistic demonstration will be used for convenience, using the instruments in knowledge of biological risk prevention, consisting of 32 questions and dimensions: Personal hygiene standards, use of personal protective equipment, handling of sharp materials and biocontaminated waste, vaccination schedule; instrument on biological risk prevention practice consists of 20 elements and dimensions: chemical barriers, physical barriers and elimination of sharp and/or contaminated material; Subject to expert judgment, the Pearson relationship coefficient test will be carried out to measure the variables.

The objective of this study is: “To determine the relationship between leadership and job satisfaction of nursing staff in an intensive care unit of a hospital in Lambayeque 2022.” The research methodology will have a quantitative approach and a correlation design, it will be applied to 54 nurses who work in the Intensive Care Unit service of a Hospital in the Lambayeque region. The selection of the sample will be carried out considering the aspects of exclusion and inclusion. The sample will be non-probabilistic for convenience. The technique and instrument used to obtain information will be through a Likert questionnaire, through the survey, in order to measure the variables: leadership and job satisfaction and determine the relationship that exists between them. Two instruments that have been validated through expert judgment were applied, while Lee Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was used for the reliability index. For the processing of information collected, it will be through the Microsoft Excel program, using the SPSS version 26 program, for statistical analysis.

The objective of the study was to determine the level of knowledge about anemia and feeding practices in mothers of children under 5 years of age at the Victoria 2022 district health center. For which a quantitative, descriptive, cutting-edge research approach was developed. cross-sectional, was applied in a population of 120 mothers, 80 were selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The technique used was the survey and documentary review, of which a questionnaire and a data collection sheet were carried out, these were validated through expert judgment and reliabilities, Kuder Richardson 20 coefficient and Cronbach's Alpha were applied. The instruments that will be used to measure the variables will be the questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge of anemia, which has been designed by researchers Bernuy J., Cifuentes Y. and Rojas L. from the Cayetano Heredia University and for dietary practices to prevent anemia. It will be the questionnaire that has been designed by Revilla, E from the Cesar Vallejo University. The data will be processed in a SPSS-25 program database that will be represented in tables and graphs that will allow the results to be detailed for easy interpretation.

Level of knowledge and application of biosafety measures of the health professional in neonatal intensive care at the SJL hospital 2022

Material and method: The research responds to the hypothetical deductive and analytical method, has a quantitative approach, and is applied , descriptive, the population that constitutes it makes a total of 60 users, who enter the nephrology service of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren National Hospital, the survey technique was used, The instrument is the questionnaire on the level of knowledge, which was submitted to expert judgment, which includes personal data, instructions, questions that make references to the four dimensions of the study work, reliability was found by applying the Kuder Richardson coefficient” ( K), obtaining a value of 0.86 which indicated excellent reliability. The second instrument used was the ASA Scale (Self-Care Agency Appreciation), which is based on “Dorothea Orem's Self-Care Theory, which determines the level of self-care capacity; reliability was found through the Alpha coefficient. Cronbach's test, obtaining a value of 0.76, which is why the instrument is reliable.

Objective: “Identify the relationship between level of knowledge and nursing stress during the pandemic in the COVID ICU.” Population: there will be 90 nurses who work in the COVID ICU unit of the Guillermo Almenara Hospital. Methodological design: correlational, cross-sectional observational, applied type, hypothetical-deductive method. Instruments: to evaluate the variable "level of knowledge" the questionnaire developed by: Becerra G Y and Pizán M. was applied and for the variable "stress" we will use the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire, both questionnaires were validated by a judgment of experts, whose reliability was through Cronbach's Alpha 0.859 for level of knowledge and 0.74 for stress. The technique that will be used will be observation and survey, after which the data will be processed and analyzed in the SPSS 24.0 software, using the Chi square test. And in turn, percentages will be obtained through descriptive statistics, in order to achieve the objectives set for both variables under study.

Objective: Determine the level of therapeutic adherence in diabetic patients with chronic kidney disease at the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital – Pasco, 2021. Methodology: Applied research with a quantitative approach, descriptive method and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population will consist of diabetic patients with CKD treated in the Non-communicable Diseases Unit of the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital in 2021 according to the selection criteria. Sampling will not be carried out. Data collection techniques and instruments: The survey technique will be used and the instrument that will be used is the “Therapeutic Adherence Questionnaire.” Validation and reliability: This questionnaire was validated by expert judgment; its reliability in a pilot test resulted in a Cronbach's alpha value equal to 0.799. Data processing and analysis plan: Patients will be identified with the database that is available for each one, then they will be visited to conduct the survey. The data will be entered in Microsoft Excel software, they will be worked descriptively for both demographic data, as well as by dimensions with the help of descriptive statistics.

This being the impetus for carrying out this research project whose objective was to determine the mother's level of knowledge about colostomy care in pediatric patients treated at a hospital in Lima. The study is descriptive, with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional design, the population will be 25 mothers of children with colostomies, this being the annual average of hospitalized minors with colostomies. Data collection will be carried out through a survey; with a questionnaire by Erika Amado Valenzuela, it includes 15 questions with multiple response options, whose value: correct of 1.5 and incorrect of 0. Between 12 to 23 know and from 0 to 11 do not know. This instrument underwent expert judgment for its validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha.

Which was modified and subject to Expert Judgment by the author. A pilot test was carried out with 34 nursing personnel, which gave a validation result of 80% and a reliability of 80.4%. Objective: Describe overload and quality of life in caregivers with patients with schizophrenia who attend the Csmcu San Marcos, Lima - 2021. Material and method: The research responds to the horizontal quantitative correlational method, it has a descriptive approach, the population that constitutes it makes a total of 300 caregivers with schizophrenic patients who attend the Csmcu San Marcos Lima, from this a sample of 121 was obtained, the technique of a questionnaire was used to describe the relationship of caregiver overload and quality of life, a scale created by Zarit Reever et al in 1980 will be used, an instrument that consists of 22 items in 3 physical, emotional and social dimensions, it has a Cronbach's alpha reliability of 0.87. The caregiver's quality of life will use an instrument such as a questionnaire created and validated by Testa in 1996 and has a Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of 0.93. Its content validity was determined and it was submitted to expert judgment, which indicated excellent reliability according to the classification. Data processing was done using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22.0. All data will be statistically processed with Spearman correlation coefficients and presented in tables and figures.

La presunción de inocencia es un pilar fundamental en el proceso judicial, garantizando justicia y derechos fundamentales. El objetivo general es determinar la presunción de inocencia frente a la violación sexual en el juzgado penal de Lima, 2023. Metodología. El enfoque de este estudio es cualitativo, utilizando un método inductivo. En cuanto a la técnica de recopilación de datos, se empleará el análisis documental centrado en el estudio del caso. Resultado, se identificó que la presunción de inocencia no implica ignorar o minimizar las denuncias por violación sexual, por el contrario, busca asegurar que el proceso penal se realice de manera justa garantizando el respeto de los derechos tanto de la agraviada como del acusado, se concluye que la presunción de inocencia segura justicia, equidad y respeto a los derechos, evitando condenas injustas y promoviendo imparcialidad
