Most of the studies have been quasi-experimental studies, being Peru, Chile and Mexico with 50% respectively, systematic review being Colombia and Spain with 20% respectively, clinical trial Spain with 20% and community trial Peru with 10%. Results: The percentage of overweight and obesity in schoolchildren is observed to have decreased in 80% of the 10 reviews studied with a tendency to improve if it increases in the 2 reviews with physical activities. The 80% reviewed were mixed activities, nutritional educational activities and physical activity, the remaining 20% were only nutritional educational activities. Conclusions: There is sufficient evidence to improve overweight and obesity in schoolchildren. With the mixed activities, I improved by 80% of the 10 reviews found related to the title of the research with educational talks regarding food, nutrition, healthy eating and physical activity. They all demonstrate the effectiveness of evidence-based educational interventions to increase the level of knowledge and improve healthy practices for the prevention of intestinal parasitosis in children: they are usually educational interventions aimed at teachers, parents and school children taught to through educational talks, demonstration sessions, posters, videos, brochures, etc. on specific topics of parasites signs, symptoms and their prevention. Educational programs with teaching resources such as videos, social dramas and workshops achieve a positive effect in improving knowledge related to healthy practices and habits such as; hand washing, nail trimming, personal hygiene, environmental hygiene and proper disposal of excreta. The nurse plays an important role in the education of children at school. To carry out this project, the family caregiver was observed, who arrived to visit his hospitalized relative, irritable, tired, careless. When observing the suffering family member, we thought about how we could help the family member, propose talks about the management of his patient and thus have a good quality of life. There are national and international studies that show that there is a regular quality of life for the caregiver, many times they abandon their jobs to take care of their family member.
