Leukocyte alterations in patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia treated at the PNP Luis N Saenz hospital complex between January 2021 and December 2022

Of the total population diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia treated at the National Police Hospital Complex of Peru, Luis N. Sáenz, we found leukocytosis in 75 (80.64%). Conclusion: Males have a higher likelihood of suffering from Acute Myeloid Leukemia. The most common leukocyte alteration in patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia was blasts, with the highest percentage in the 20-50% blast group (86.02%).
