    HIV infection remains a global public health issue, with therapeutic management dependent on antiretroviral medications. However, treatment effectiveness is subject to regular monitoring via laboratory tests, including CD4/CD8 counts, viral load, and other hematological parameters. Objective: To evaluate the relationship between significant longitudinal changes in hematological parameters with CD4+ and CD8+ counts and viral load in HIV patients treated at the Chanchamayo Hospital during 2022-2023. Materials and Methods: A retrospective longitudinal study involving medical history and laboratory reports, with demographic and clinical data reviewed. Statistical analysis will use SPSS version 25.
