The objective of this research work was: "Determine the relationship of the factors related to the practices of paracetamol consumption in the residents of the Asociación de Vivienda de Propietarios la Gloria Parcela, Ate-Vitarte district, 2023." Methodology: Hypotheticaldeductive, quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational level; The sample size was 229 people, to whom a survey was applied to learn about the related factors and practices of paracetamol consumption; Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS Version 25.0 and Chi-square independence test with 5% significance. Results: It was found that 65.5% of residents presented inappropriate consumption practices and 34.5% carried out adequate consumption practices, based on the analysis of the relationship of the factors with paracetamol consumption practices, there was a correlation significant between the dimension sociodemographic factors such as age (p value=0.003), level of education (p value=0.000) with paracetamol consumption practices; Likewise, between the sociocultural factors dimension Who influences (p value=0.000) and source of information (p value=0.000) with paracetamol consumption practices and between the economic factors dimension monthly income (p value=0.017) and health insurance (p value=0.000) with paracetamol consumption practices. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the factors and the practices of paracetamol consumption in the residents of the Asociación de Vivienda de Propietarios la Gloria Parcela.
