Materials and Methods: The following study was quantitative, using a systematic review that helps synthesize the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based medicine due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: Of the total number of articles analyzed, 100% (n=10/10) affirm that Breastfeeding to improve mother-child health in the care of health facilities is effective. Conclusions: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 100% (n=10/10) show that breastfeeding in the health of the mother and child in the care of health facilities is effective, as it demonstrates that after the interventions are carried out, They presented positive effects on appropriate actions on mother-child health.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores asociados con el inicio tardío del control prenatal en gestantes atendidas en el hospital San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima-2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-07-09) Benites Sopán, Maribel Keyly; Benavente Ramírez, Mercedes DorisLa presente tesis aborda los factores asociados con el inicio tardío del control prenatal en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho. Este estudio es relevante dado que el control prenatal oportuno es fundamental para garantizar la salud materno-infantil y prevenir complicaciones durante el embarazo. El objetivo de la investigación es determinar los factores asociados con el inicio tardío del control prenatal en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho. La metodología utilizada en este estudio es de tipo observacional transversal analítico, con una muestra de 80 gestantes atendidas en el Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho. A través de encuestas y análisis estadísticos, se recolectaron datos sobre factores socioeconómicos, personales y obstétricos que podrían estar relacionados con el inicio tardío del control prenatal. Los resultados obtenidos revelan que, entre los factores socioeconómicos, el 35% de las gestantes tiene un nivel educativo de primaria, el 38.75% se encuentra en un estado civil que podría influir en su acceso a servicios de salud, y un 56% presenta dependencia económica. En cuanto a los factores personales, se destaca que el 51% de las gestantes ha experimentado violencia intrafamiliar. En los factores obstétricos, resalta que el 33.75% de las gestantes tiene más de tres gestaciones previas. En conclusión, estos factores son de naturaleza socioeconómica, personal y obstétrica, y su comprensión es crucial para desarrollar estrategias que mejoren el acceso y la calidad de la atención prenatal en esta población.Ítem Acceso abierto Impact of postpartum depressive state in mothers on the nutritional status of their infants(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-01-06) Beraún Berrú, Merly Genoveva; Sedano Quispe, Mery; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MaríaObjective: to systematize the evidence on the impact of the mother's postpartum depressive state on the nutritional status of the infant. Material and methods: quantitative observational and retrospective systematic review, subjected to critical selection, using the grade evaluation system to identify the level of evidence, found in the following databases: pubmed, sciencedirect, scielo, wiley online library, elsevier, epistemonikos. The data obtained through the review of published articles specifically related to the topic of postpartum depression and the alteration of the nutritional status of the infant is described. Of the 10 articles reviewed, 20% (n =2/10) are systematic reviews, 20% (n = 2/10) are cases and controls, 20% (n = 2/10) are quasi-experimental, 30 % (n = 3/10) is cohort and 10% (n = 1/10) is analytical cross-sectional. Results: of the 10 articles found, 100% indicate that there is significant evidence of the postpartum depressive state that causes the alteration of the nutritional status of the child, considering that the mother stops breastfeeding the child, neglects it, moves away due to entering a state of sadness and loses interest in your baby. Conclusion: the articles found 10 out of 10 describe similar situations; Thus, in developing countries there is a greater prevalence of postpartum depressive states that cause alterations in the nutritional status of the infant.Ítem Acceso abierto Maternal knowledge about healthy lunchboxes for preschoolers at the "I.E.I. Angelitos de Jesús de Huaycán", Lima – 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-07-18) Trelles Calzada, Medaly Italy; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: Determine maternal knowledge about healthy lunch boxes of preschoolers at the Institución Educativa Inicial Angelitos de Jesús de Huaycán, Lima – 2019. Materials and methods: Quantitative approach, non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional design. The study worked with a population of 132 mothers from the Angelitos de Jesús Initial Educational Institution No. 162 in Huaycán who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, respectively. The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument used was a 10-item questionnaire. Results: Regarding the overall level of knowledge of healthy lunch boxes in mothers, we found that 5% of mothers had low knowledge, 33% medium knowledge and 62% high knowledge. Regarding the general dimension of healthy lunch boxes, the high level of knowledge predominated with 88%; followed by the low level with 12%; In the composition dimension of healthy lunch boxes, it was evident that there is only a medium level of knowledge with 100%; Regarding the storage dimension of healthy lunch boxes, a high level of knowledge predominated with 96%; followed by the low level with 4%. Conclusions: Mothers of preschool children have a high level of knowledge about healthy lunch boxes. It was observed that the generalities and storage dimensions presented high knowledge; and the composition dimension, average knowledge.
