Material and Method: The systematic review of the 10 original primary studies was found in the following databases: Epistemonikos, TriData-Base, PlosOne, Pubmed, Cochrane Library. Each of these studies was examined to determine their strength and quality of evidence according to the Grade scale. Results: Out of the 30 articles analyzed that formed part of the population in this study, 10 were selected to make up the sample, with methodological qualities such as meta-analysis, systematic reviews, and randomized controlled studies. Of the 10 studies systematically analyzed, 100% (10) demonstrate the benefit of immediate skin-to-skin contact after birth in achieving and maintaining exclusive breastfeeding in newborns, showing not only the benefit of this procedure but also its impact on the health of the mother-child dyad. Conclusions: All 10 articles analyzed show evidence of the benefit of skin-to-skin contact immediately after birth for achieving and maintaining exclusive breastfeeding in newborns.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores maternos asociados a la prematuridad en neonatos, de un hospital nacional MINSA, Ayacucho 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-10-12) Achallma Galindo, Anabel Keylla; Reyes Gastañadui, Nael HenryIntroducción: La prematuridad es el origen principal de morbimortalidad en los neonatos. Se desconoce con certeza el origen específico del alumbramiento pretérmino, donde se ha identificado múltiples factores asociados, entre ellos diversos aspectos maternos como los sociodemográficos, obstétricos y clínico-patológicos, significando este un dilema en la salud. Este estudio tiene como objetivo principal “Determinar la asociación entre los factores maternos y la prematuridad en neonatos de un Hospital Nacional MINSA, Ayacucho 2025”. Metodología: Teniendo un abordaje cuantitativo, bajo un planteamiento que es hipotético deductivo en un contexto no experimental, analítico, casos y controles, de corte transversal, retrospectivo. La población de este análisis estará compuesta por una muestra de 124, obtenida en EPIDAT 4, casos 62 y controles 62 nacidos en el Hospital MINSA, Ayacucho 2025. La herramienta que se empleara una ficha de recopilación de información, “Prematuridad” con el fin de identificar que neonato tiene esta condición y "Factores maternos", que permitirá obtener datos relacionados a estos factores. La información obtenida será procesada mediante análisis estadístico, empleando indicadores como el Riesgo Relativo (RR) y el Odds Ratio, que serán evaluado mediante prueba estadística, correlación de Pearson.Ítem Acceso abierto Factors that influence the initiation and duration of exclusive breastfeeding in healthy newborns(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017) Salsavilca Salsavilca, Emilda Jenny; Valles Campos, Silvana Engracia; Rivera Lozada de Bonilla, OrianaObjective: To determine the factors influencing the initiation and duration of exclusive breastfeeding in healthy newborns. Materials and Methods: Systematic review, observational, and retrospective. A total of 15 articles were selected, with 20% (3) from Brazil and Chile each, 13% (2) from England and Spain each, and 6.6% from Colombia, Mexico, the United States, Australia, and Saudi Arabia. The designs included systematic reviews (33%), cohort studies (40%), case-control studies (13%), and cross-sectional studies (13%). Results: Among the reviewed articles, 53% (8/15) indicated that cesarean section was the primary factor delaying breastfeeding initiation. Negative factors for breastfeeding duration included bottle use (40%), hypogalactia (33%), nipple injuries (20%), maternal return to work (20%), maternal age under 25, lack of prenatal care, low educational levels, and primiparity. Positive factors included early initiation of breastfeeding, skin-to-skin contact, multiparity, higher maternal education levels, and healthcare advice on breastfeeding. Conclusions: Cesarean section was the primary negative factor for breastfeeding initiation. Skin-to-skin contact, rooming-in, and maternal education about breastfeeding were positive factors for both initiation and duration of breastfeeding.Ítem Acceso abierto Maternal depression and mother-child attachment in postpartum women from a regional hospital of Huancayo, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-12-03) Gomez Miranda, Karina Eva; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaThe present research entitled “Maternal depression and its relationship with mother-child attachment in puerperal women from a public hospital in Huancayo, 2023, had as its main objective to determine the existing relationship between maternal depression and the attachment of mother and child in puerperal women. hospitalized, its study is a quantitative, applied, correlational, crosssectional, observational approach. The population will be made up of 150 postpartum women. The technique used was the survey. The instrument used was the “Maternal Depression Scale”, which is an adaptation of the “Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale”, and to assess mother-child attachment, the Massie-Campbell Scale, the child's response to the mother, was used. The data will be processed in Excel and then analyzed in SPSS, the hypotheses will be contrasted with the Spearman test. Throughout the development of the research, ethical conduct will be maintained, enforcing universal bioethical principles.
