Biosecurity is made up of norms and preventive measures that favor the contribution of safety against any occupational risk, avoiding the compromise of people's lives and the work environment. Objective: The purpose of the research is to determine the relationship that exists between knowledge and practice on biosecurity measures in nurses from the surgical center of the Chancay Hospital and SBS Dr. Hidalgo Atoche López 2021 Methodology: The research will be quantitative, applied, correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional. Likewise, it will be made up of 40 nurses who meet the study criteria. The aspects of inclusion of nurses from the surgical center of the Chancay Hospital and SBS Dr. Hidalgo Atoche López who agree to collaborate with the research were considered; nurses from the surgical center who are on leave and those who do not agree with the research will be excluded. The study technique will be the survey, and the instrument will be the questionnaire. The instrument belongs to Borja, the same one that has validity by expert judgment and a high reliability of 0.804 Cronbach's Alpha and complies with all ethical aspects.

To safeguard the health of workers, a series of parameters were adopted, among which we have biosafety conceptualized as a mechanism that reduces the transmission of microorganisms. This study will have the objective: "To determine the relationship that exists between the level of knowledge and practice on biosafety standards of the nursing staff of the oncology service of the Santa Rosa hospital, Lima 2022" The method that will be used in the study is the hypothetical deductive one where the variable will be described maintaining a logical order from the general to the particular, the approach will be quantitative because the variables described can be represented through statistical tables, the type applied and the correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional design, the sample will be census. Likewise, two validated instruments will be used. For data processing and analysis, the results will be entered manually into Microsoft Excel, and into SPSS version 26. Likewise, for the hypothesis test, the non-parametric chi-square test will be applied, which seeks to relate two variables, finally the results will be shown in tables and/or graphs.

Knowledge and practices of biosafety measures in the nursing staff of the emergency service of a hospital in Callao - 2022

The level of knowledge about biosafety measures practices refers to the degree of experience acquired by nursing staff through proper practice in the use of protective measures and barriers to prevent and avoid occupational accidents. This is important because there has been a growing observation of reduced use of biosafety measures, which increases the risk of contracting acute and chronic hospital-acquired infections. Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the practices of biosafety measures among nursing staff in the emergency department of a hospital in Callao, 2022. Methods: This research follows a hypothetical-deductive method, applied type, with a non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional design. Sample: The sample will consist of 85 nurses who meet the inclusion criteria and work in the emergency department of a hospital in Callao, 2022. Data will be collected through the application of two duly validated instruments: the first will be a questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge, and the second will be a checklist to assess the biosafety practices of the nursing staff.

The processes carried out in the sterilization center lead to the probability of suffering occupational diseases and accidents, this level of risk requires to be related to the knowledge that the staff has of the Safety and Health Standards at work. Objective: To analyze the relationship of the level of knowledge of the Safety and Health Management System at Work with the occupational risk in the nursing staff in the Medical Device Processing Units of the Level II Hospitals of the province of Chanchamayo. Materials and methods: The methodological design of the research will be descriptive correlational, with a quantitative approach, at an application level, cross-sectional; The study population is made up of 23 healthcare employees of the Medical Device Processing Units, the survey will be the technique to collect information from a first source, using two questionnaires, the first questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge with 29 questions and the second to measure occupational risk with 34 questions; instruments that were validated by specialists in the subject. Ethical principles and informed consent will be essential requirements for the application of surveys.

Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance with biosafety measures of nurses in a Callao Hospital, 2021 Methodology: the research has a quantitative approach, and is correlational level because it describes the relationship between two variables, which is intended to determine whether or not they are related in the study subjects (knowledge and biosafety measures of the nurse) and whose sample will be 65 nurses working at the Callao Hospital. Data collection technique and instruments: the survey will be used as a technique and two questionnaires as instruments, the first on "Knowledge of biosafety measures" and the second Compliance with biosafety measures". Procedure: data collection will be carried out in the Covid-19 emergency service, when the nursing professional has time and in compliance with all biosafety regulations. Statistical analysis: for data analysis, SPSS version 25 will be used, and to relate the variables we will use Kendall's correlation coefficient.

Biosafety measures are the sum of minimum behaviors adopted to reduce the risk to health, in addition to compliance with certain rules that will guarantee their effectiveness, currently there are professionals who do not comply with the appropriate practices of these standards, due to this situation, the following research is proposed, which aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and practice of biosafety measures of the nurse in the emergency service of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital in 2021. The work has a quantitative, prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive and observational approach, with a correlational research design. Regarding population and sample, 60 nurses from the emergency service of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital were considered, taking into account that the population is small. The technique that will be used to measure the variable level of knowledge will be the survey and to measure the practices the checklist will be used, the same ones that were validated by experts, the reliability of the instruments was carried out with the Kunder - Richardson of 0.8371, checking its reliability for the measurement of the variables., complying with the ethical aspects.
