Material and Methods: Systematic observational and retrospective review, subjected to analytical reading and using the GRADE evaluation system to recognize the level of evidence of the articles published in the following databases: Epistemonikos, Researchgate, PubMed and Scielo. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 100% were of high quality, as described below: 10% (n= 1/10) are meta-analysis, 20% (n= 1/10) systematic review, 20% (n = 2/10) randomized controlled trial, 60% of moderate quality, 10% (n= 1/10) case control, 10% (n= 1/10) is quasi-experimental and 40% (n= 4/10) are cohort studies and belong to the countries of Spain (30%), Denmark (20%), Netherlands (10%), South Africa (10%) , Singapore (10%), China (10%) and Norway (10%). Results: 100% (n=10/10) indicate that assertive community treatment as a strategy is effective in reducing hospital admission in patients with severe mental disorder. The representative sample of the study will be made up of 78 caregivers. Obtained according to the application of the probabilistic sample formula. Techniques and Data Collection Instrument: Regarding the data collection technique, the so-called survey will be applied, executed in a single moment, using the instruments called Zarit Caregiver Burden Scales and Thomson Medication Adherence, which present a Cronbach's Alpha equivalent to 0.860, and 0.871 respectively. Procedures: The collection of the data obtained will be carried out for a period of 02 months. Once the data is collected, it will be organized in the Excel program for quality control and corresponding organization; later it will be exported to the SPSS software version 26.0. Material and Methods: Systematic reviews were used, for this 10 articles were selected, within the period from 2014 to 2018, from different countries. Among the articles included are: Systematic review, meta-analysis and randomized controlled clinical trial. Results: We reviewed 10 articles of which 60% concluded the effectiveness in reducing symptoms in mental disorders such as depression and anxiety, 20% for generalized anxiety disorders, 10% in reducing psychotic symptoms and 10% evidence the benefits for mental disorders in general. Conclusion: It is concluded that in all the articles reviewed, the effectiveness of mindfulness in reducing symptoms in people with mental disorders is evident.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of psychoeducation in family acceptance of patients with mental disorders(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-08) Parina Campos, Kelli; Gamarra Bustillos, CarlosObjective: Determine the effectiveness of psychoeducation in family acceptance of patients with mental disorders. Material and Method: This study was carried out based on systematic reviews that are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. And it is constituted by the bibliographic review of 10 scientific articles published and indexed in scientific databases, no older than ten years and that respond to articles published in Spanish. Data collection was carried out through a bibliographic review of both national and international research articles, whose main topic was psychoeducation for families with mental disorders. Results: it was determined that 90% of the families who received psychocoeducation improved their family member's acceptance since it allowed them to better understand the disease and respond appropriately to its manifestations, promoting clinical improvement and adherence to treatment. Conclusions: Psychoeducation improves the attitude of families towards mental illness, achieving acceptance by the family member, greatly improving the quality of life and health for this group of patients.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of psychosocial nursing interventions for improving the treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-07-30) Ramirez Quintana, Ingrid; Vargas Hurtado, Carol Jessica; Basurto Santillán, Ivan JavierSystematize the evidence found on the effectiveness of psychosocial nursing interventions to improve the treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders. Material and Methods: Systematic review, based on critical reading and carried out under the GRADE evaluation system to evaluate the quality of the evidence of the articles selected from the following databases: Epistemonikos, PubMed, Sciencedirect, Elsevier, Cochrane and Scielo. Results: The reviewed articles showed that 70% are systematic reviews, 20% systematic reviews with meta-analysis, and 10% integrative reviews. On the other hand, it was found that in 90% there is effectiveness of psychosocial nursing interventions to improve the treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders, while 10% showed that there is no effectiveness. Conclusion: Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed in (9/10), it was found that psychosocial nursing interventions in patients with psychiatric disorder were effective; such as peer support, family or caregiver interaction, psychoeducational interventions, exercises, recreational activities, among others and only (1/10) showed that there is no effectiveness.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of psychosocial rehabilitation in social functioning and reintegration for patients with severe mental disorders(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-06-30) Morales Piña, Magaly Guisella; Gutiérrez Chávez, Sandra Milagros; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MaríaObjective: Systematize the evidence on the Effectiveness of Psychosocial Rehabilitation in the functioning and social reintegration in patients with Serious Mental Disorders. Materials and Methods: This work is a systematic review study, obtaining evidence from various primary studies where there is more information and better quality. It is applied in evidence-based nursing, due to its meticulous method, recognizing significant work to provide concrete answers to clinical practice. The selected scientific articles underwent a rigorous review using the Grade system, thus assigning the strength of recommendation. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, it is shown that 10% (n=01/10) is a descriptive study, 40% (n=04/10) are systematic reviews, on the other hand 20% (n=02 /10) are randomized controlled clinical trials, while 30% (n=03/10) are quasi-experimental studies. Likewise, 100% of the articles indicate that psychosocial rehabilitation is effective in the functioning and social reintegration of patients with serious mental disorders. Conclusions: It is concluded that the 10 articles reviewed demonstrate that psychosocial rehabilitation is effective in functioning and social reintegration in patients with serious mental disorders, reducing relapses, improving adherence to treatment, demonstrating clinical evolution and allowing patients to reintegrate into life. society in an early and timely manner.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores asociados a la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con trastornos mentales de un hospital psiquiátrico de Huanuco-2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-09-22) Diaz Requejo, María Katia; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaLos trastornos mentales ha sido un reto en salud pública que afecta a millones de personas alrededor del mundo. Uno de los pilares en el tratamiento de estos, es la farmacoterapia; sin embargo, un problema muy prevalente entre los pacientes con trastornos mentales es la falta de la misma, que conlleva a consecuencias negativas importantes que impactan el pronóstico del paciente. El proyecto se realizará con el Objetivo de “Determinar cómo los factores se asocian con la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con trastornos mentales de un hospital psiquiátrico de Huánuco, 2024”. Método de estudio hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicativo, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal-correlacional. La Población está conformada por 80 pacientes. Como técnica se utilizará una encuesta para evaluar los factores asociados y la adherencia al tratamiento, y como instrumento para ambas variables el cuestionario previamente validado y confiable. Con una confiabilidad para el primer instrumento de alfa de Cronbach de 0.942 y el segundo instrumento de 0.83. These disorders might relate to chronic diseases like obesity, hypertension, or diabetes mellitus. Objective: To determine the relationship between post-pandemic mental health disorders and chronic diseases among health workers at the C.S. Metropolitano de Tacna, Peru, in 2024. Material and Methods: An observational, cross-sectional study will be conducted in 2024, collecting data from 76 workers. Results: 75% of workers were female, 34.21% had chronic diseases, and 43.42% had mental health disorders. No association was found between mental health disorders and chronic diseases, but associations were identified between age and anxiety (p=0.031), as well as age and depression (p=0.044). Method: The research will have a quantitative, descriptive, correlational and transectional approach that will allow data to be collected and information that will help respond to the problem raised. The representative sample of the study will be made up of 83 caregivers who provide service in sheltered homes located in the Lima Metropolitan Region. Obtained according to applicate on non-probabilistic formula. The information collection technique, the survey would be applying, execute on a singles moment, using the instruments called the Zarit scale and the stress coping questionnaire (CAE), for the variables overload and coping with stress. The emergency care service exposes the professional, who has the difficult task of caring, monitoring and treating chronically ill, acutely ill and decompensated patients; They are exposed to work and emotional burdens that affect ways of caring for the patient, causing losses of well-being in professional activities, emotional imbalance, experiencing depression and hopelessness.
