    The COVID-19 pandemic has caused changes in people's behavior, as being infected with COVID-19 affects a vital organ, the lungs. This has resulted in individuals developing sequelae that affect their quality of life and cognitive state. As a result, the coronavirus disease has led to an increase in mortality among hundreds of individuals worldwide. The pandemic has altered physical and psychological well-being due to home confinement, changes in schedules, and daily activities, leading to changes in each person's quality of life. An inadequate quality of life will have consequences, resulting in alterations in social, mental, and physical aspects, thus leading to deterioration in daily life activities, a decrease in work life development, impacts on family life, and consequently, posing a health risk for the individual.
