Introduction: It is imperative that workers know the dangers and risks inherent in their jobs, as well as the preventive measures that must be adopted in the workplace, so that within an organization a "Training Plan for Employees" must be implemented. Occupational Health and Safety”, which has a preventive approach against work accidents and occupational diseases, as well as promoting healthy workplaces. Objective: Determine the effect of an "Occupational Health and Safety Training Plan" on the level of knowledge, attitudes and practices in the workers of a Public Entity, 2022. Method: Hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative, preexperimental design, longitudinal and prospective measurement. A questionnaire was used before and after the workers, considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Result: Before the application of the "Occupational Health and Safety Training Plan" in the workers of a Public Entity, 2022, it was found that the knowledge, attitudes and practices was 57% and after its execution it increased to 90%, with a significance level of 0.05 and with a p value equal to 0.000 (p= 0.000); therefore, there is a significant relationship, being positive and moderate (p<0.05). Conclusion: The "Occupational Health and Safety Training Plan" has a positive effect in increasing the level of knowledge, attitudes and practices in workers; through the dissemination of technical and practical aspects that reinforce the learning of habits and attitudes that incorporate occupational risk prevention and health care in the workplace.
