    Academic performance of IX and

    Objective: Determine the overall academic performance of students from IX and X Cycle of the UPNW Professional Academic School of Nursing, Semester 2016-I to 2018-II. Materials and Methods: systematic review, use of the Evaluation Record system of IX and X cycle students of the UPNW Professional Academic School of Nursing. Databases: Pubmed, Biomedic Sciences, Elvesier, Medline and Scielo. 40% cohort studies, 30% prospective study, 20% systematic review, 10% cross-sectional study. 60% of the articles are of high quality, strong strength of evidence, 30% moderate quality and strong strength of evidence, 10% low quality and weak strength of evidence. 29.4% belong to the United States, 26.5% Colombia, 17.6% Peru, 14.7% Spain, 5.9% Mexico and Chile, respectively. Results: All the articles reviewed systematically indicate that the nursing students during the internship presented an effective performance that in our categorization coincides with the notable categorization. All the articles reviewed systematically indicate effectiveness in the application of a preventive package to reduce surgical wound infections in the patient during the intraoperative period. Conclusions: The academic performance of the IX and X cycle students of the Professional Academic School of Nursing of the Norbert Wiener Private University, Semester 2016-I to 2018-II.     People with chronic kidney disease and undergoing hemodialysis treatment present changes in their adaptation and quality of life, which contribute to improving their acceptance, responsibility and optimism towards the treatment and insertion at work every day. Objective: Determine the relationship between adaptation and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Gustavo Lanatta Lujan Hospital - ESSALUD, Huacho 2022. Methods: the study will be descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population and intentional sample will be formed by convenience of 69 patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Hospital to be studied. It will be carried out in the months of September and November 2022 and will be evaluated through two questionnaires that will collect data to be processed using non-parametric tests to identify the relationship between both adaptation and quality of life in patients with CKD undergoing hemodialysis treatment.

    Adherence to multimicronutrient supplementation in mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months from a health center, Peru 2020

    Objective: Determine adherence to multimicronutrient supplementation in mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months from a Peru 2020 health center. Materials and methods: This study will have a quantitative approach and the methodological design that will be used will be descriptive and cross-sectional. The population and sample will be made up of 120 mothers of children from 6 to 36 months who attend a health center in Peru. In this research, the technique that will be used will be the survey, which will provide us with important and effective information. To carry out this research, the questionnaire developed by Delgado et al. will be used. (16) titled “Questionnaire addressed to the mother of a child from 6 to 36 months” for their research carried out in Tumbes-Peru during 2016. This instrument with a Likert scale consists of 19 questions that were grouped according to the factors of adherence to evaluate: social factor (5 questions), factor associated with the health personnel (4 questions), factor associated with the treatment (4 questions), and factor associated with the person providing the treatment (6 questions). A score of 1 to 3 points will be assigned, meaning low, regular and high adherence, respectively.

    Adherence to treatment and quality of life of the hemodialysis patient in a clinic in Lima - 2022

    Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between adherence to treatment and the quality of life of the patient on hemodialysis in a Clinic in Lima Methodology: The type of research will correspond to the applied, the approach to the quantitative, the design will be observational, level correlational, and cross-sectional. Population and Sample: The population addressed will correspond to 100 patients, to which the respective probabilistic calculation will be carried out, determining that the sample will be equivalent to 81 individuals. The corresponding instruments will be applied to this sample in the period from November to December 2022. Technique and Instruments: The technique to be applied will be the survey and the instruments to be applied correspond to the questionnaires for evaluating therapeutic adherence and quality of life ( Health Survey-SF36), which have a Cronbach's Alpha reliability equivalent to 0.85 and 0.83 respectively. Data processing and analysis: The data will be recorded in an Excel template for classification and control, being processed, and the existing relationship between the variables treated in the research will be established, through the Chi Square statistical test to count the study. with qualitative variables.

    Adverse events derived from nursing care: pressure injury, falls, phlebitis and blood transfusion at the Dos de Mayo National Hospital, period January – December 2018

    Objective: Determine the frequency of adverse events derived from nursing care: pressure injury, falls, phlebitis and blood transfusion at the Dos de Mayo National Hospital period January - December 2018. Material and method: Descriptive, cross-sectional, retrospective study. in 127 patients registered in the database of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital in the period January - December 2018. The MINSA technical standard that evaluates adverse events was used, which records the severity of the injury according to degrees. registered in the hospital secondary database. The severity of adverse events (no harm, irreversible damage, disability, and death), adverse events (pressure injuries, falls, phlebitis, and blood transfusion), and demographic data such as age and sex were considered. Results: Of the total, a high proportion of pressure injuries was determined with 73 reports (57.5%), followed by phlebitis with 26 reports (20.5%), and falls with 25 reports (19.7%). 55.9% were women, 78.7% (100 cases) had follow-up by the staff, and 71.7% (91 cases) presented no damage, of which 56 (44%) corresponded to pressure injuries and 11.8% (15) corresponded to falls. Conclusions: Pressure injuries were determined, followed by phlebitis and falls as the most frequent adverse events derived from nursing care at the Dos de Mayo National Hospital during the period January - December 2018.

    Anxiety and depression in the ICU nursing staff of a reference hospital in the northern cone of Lima, 2021

    Introduction: In the world, the catastrophe situation due to the Covid19 pandemic is affecting the mental health of nursing staff and subjecting them to high levels of anxiety that can trigger depressive symptoms with severe consequences for their health, a situation that leads us to rethink prevention and control strategies, for which it is necessary to have evidence that allows these efforts to be guided. Objective: to establish the relationship between anxiety and depression in the nursing staff of the intensive care unit of a reference hospital in the northern cone of Lima, 2021. Methods: the study will be observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population and census sample will be made up of all the nursing staff who work in the intensive care unit of the Cayetano Heredia national hospital in the northern cone of Lima. The sample will be taken between July and August 2021 using two highly reliable questionnaires such as the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale and the Generalized Depression Disorder Scale, which will collect data to be processed using non-invasive tests. parametric tests to establish the relationship between both variables in order to predict depression in our staff.

    Introduction. The first years of life are crucial, which is why research currently affirms that problems in adulthood originate in the first stages of life. The Apgar test measures the adaptation and vitality of the newborn after birth. Objective: Determine the relationship between the Apgar test scores at the first and fifth minute of life and the psychomotor development of the child from 12 to 30 months of age who attends the José Hernán Soto Hospital Cadenillas de Chota 2022. Materials and methods: Research with quantitative approach, non-experimental or observational design, transversal -retrospective. The population will be made up of 111 children between 12 and 30 months old attended in the 2022 growth and development clinic. The sample will be probabilistic and will be made up of 86 children. The STATS TM 2.0 program will be used to determine the sample. The technique to be used is documentary analysis for the Apgar Test and the Peruvian Child Development Assessment Test for psychomotor development, subsequently a base will be developed with the SPSS-V25 statistical program, the data analysis will be carried out using descriptive statistics, allowing an inferential analysis to be carried out that establishes the relationship of the variables; To contrast the statements, Perason's chi-square will be used.

    Aspiration of subglottic secretions as an effective alternative for the prevention of pneumonia in patients with mechanical ventilation

    Objectives Systematize evidence on the effectiveness of subglottic aspirations for reducing pneumonia in patients with mechanical ventilation. Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search was based exclusively on articles with full text, and the chosen studies were subjected to a critical reading, based on the GRADE evaluation to identify their level of evidence. In the selection, 10 articles were chosen, of which 20% (2/10) correspond to the United States, 20% (2/10) Australia, 10% (1/10) to India, 20% (2/10) ) Canada, 10% (1/10) China, 10% (1/10) France and 10% (1/10) Belgium. Of these there are 2 systematic reviews, 4 meta-analyses, 3 clinical trials and 1 control study, all of high quality. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 100% (10/10) demonstrated that aspiration of subglottic secretions reduces the incidence of pneumonia and edema problems compared to tracheal aspirations. Conclusions: It was shown that aspiration of subglottic secretions is effective in reducing the risk of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation.

    Benefits of intradialysis physical exercise in hemodialysis users with chronic kidney disease

    Objective: Systematize the evidence of the benefits that intradialysis physical exercise provides to hemodialysis chronic kidney patients. MATERIAL AND METHOD: In the systematic review of the ten scientific articles found regarding the benefits of intradialysis physical activity in hemodialysis users with chronic kidney damage, they were compiled from the Pubmed database, these were analyzed with the Grade scale thanks to This determined a high quality of evidence. Results: in these ten articles found, 30% (3/10) are of a methodological design of systematic review and meta-analysis, 10% (1/10) are a systematic review and 60% (6/10) correspond to a controlled trial. random. In the ten articles systematically searched, 100% (10/10) reflect positive changes when performing intradialytic physical exercise in hemodialyzed patients with chronic kidney disease. Conclusions: Of the 10 articles read, they reflect changes in the physical functioning and improvement in the quality of life of the hemodialysis user with chronic kidney disease when performing intradialysis physical activity.

    Burnout syndrome has become an important psychosocial condition in recent years as a result of constant exposure to stressful situations. The scenario experienced by nurses who provide care during the COVID-19 pandemic is exposed to a high risk of contagion, this being a main stress factor for developing symptoms of exhaustion. Objective: Determine the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and Coping strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic in nurses from the emergency service of the Huacho 2020 Regional Hospital. Method: The study will be basic descriptive, observational, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational level. The sample will be made up of 50 nurses. To collect the data, the Maslash Burnout Inventory questionnaires will be used for Burnout syndrome and the Coping Estimation Inventory – COPE for coping strategies. To process the data, graphs and frequency tables will be prepared through univariate analysis applying descriptive statistics. Rho Spearman will be used to correlate the variables.

    Burnout syndrome and its relationship with job satisfaction in health personnel at the Manuel Barreto Maternal and Child Center, Lima 2022

    Objective: Analyze the relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction in health personnel at the Manuel Barreto Maternal and Child Center, Lima 2022. Materials and methods: quantitative approach, descriptive and cross-sectional methodological design. The technique used was the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire to measure burnout syndrome, and the Font Roja survey to measure job satisfaction. The total study population was made up of 60 health professionals. Results: burnout syndrome is related in 71% to job satisfaction, average burnout syndrome is present in 53% with job satisfaction: dissatisfied. Burnout syndrome in its emotional exhaustion dimension is related in 58% to job satisfaction in which high burnout syndrome is present in 56% with dissatisfied job satisfaction. Burnout syndrome in its depersonalization dimension is related in 69% to job satisfaction in which 54% present average burnout syndrome with dissatisfied job satisfaction. Burnout syndrome in its personal fulfillment dimension is related in 77% to job satisfaction in which 50% present average burnout syndrome with dissatisfied job satisfaction. To determine the relationship between the study variables, Spearman's correlation analysis was carried out, obtaining that there is a statistically significant relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction in health personnel.

    The objective of this research has been to determine the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and work performance in the nursing staff of the Surgery Service of the Clínica Angloamericana Lima 2022. Material and Method: The methodology will be approached from a quantitative approach, since that statistics will be used to demonstrate the hypothesis according to the objectives, the design will be transectional, it will also be correlational since the purpose is to determine whether both variables are related or not, descriptive by describing fundamental characteristics of the phenomenon that actually presents; showing its structure and behavior with systematic criteria aimed at measuring it with high precision in statistical and comparative analysis as there are two or more populations to be compared. As for the population, it will be made up of 108 nurses from the Angloamericana Clinic. To collect the information, the survey will be used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. Spearman's Rho Coefficient will be used to test the hypothesis.

    Burnout Syndrome and Job Satisfaction of Nurses in the emergency service of the Ricardo Palma Clinic, Lima - 2021

    Objective: determine how burnout syndrome is associated with the job satisfaction of nurses in the emergency service of the Ricardo Palma Clinic, Lima - 2021. Methodology: the research is applied, observational, descriptive, cross-sectional relational. The census sample was 30 nurses. The technique was the survey applying the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire to measure Burnout Syndrome and the Font Roja questionnaire to measure job satisfaction. To determine if there is an association between the variables, the non-parametric test of the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient was used. Results: 97% of the nurses who worked at the Ricardo Palma Clinic, Lima 2021 presented a medium level of burnout syndrome. Conclusions: There is no statistically significant relationship between Burnout Syndrome and job satisfaction in nurses who work at the Ricardo Palma Clinic, Lima – 2021 (p=0.134; p=0.138). Nor were significant correlations found between the dimensions of emotional exhaustion, personal fulfillment and depersonalization.
