Ítem Acceso abierto Conocimientos sobre factores de riesgo y los accidentes laborales en el personal de enfermería en la UCI coronaria del Hospital Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen, 2022.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-24) Rudas Paquiyauri, Ronald; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaThe objective of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge of risk factors and workplace accidents among nursing staff in the coronary ICU of a hospital in EsSalud, Lima, 2022. The material: the study will work with a population and sample consisting of 30 nurses from the Coronary ICU at the Almenara Irigoyen Hospital. The method: deductive, quantitative approach, applied-correlation type, and cross-sectional design, non-experimental. The technique used will be a survey with two questionnaires as instruments. For the results, statistical analysis will be performed using the SPSS program, through the Chi-square test, with a confidence level of 95% and a statistical error of 5%. The hypothesis will be evaluated according to the following result: If the value of “p” is less than 5% (p<0.05), then H1 will be accepted. If the value of “p” is greater than 5% (p>0.05), then H0 will be accepted.Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge of sharp-edged accident prevention and practices of the nursing staff of the Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz hospital, Lima 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-01-15) Mendivel Puma, Vivian Deisy; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaThe present study "knowledge and practices of prevention of sharps accidents in the staff of the Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz Hospital, Lima 2023. The objective was to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and practices on prevention of sharps accidents in the nursing staff of the emergency department at the Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz Hospital. Materials and Methods: the research is quantitative, applied, correlational, nonexperimental and cross-sectional. The study population is 75 nurses working in the emergency department of the Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz Hospital, Lima 2023. Two instruments will be applied, a questionnaire for the first variable and an observation guide for the second variable. Validation was carried out through the method of expert judges, it was done through Pearson's R for both instruments achieving for each item a value greater than r>0.20, being a convenient validity for both instruments. Reliability was achieved through the Kuder Richardson statistical test, the questionnaire that assessed knowledge resulting in a value of 0.086 and for the checklist that assessed practices giving a value of 0.2, giving reliability for both instruments for their use in the research.
