    The study had the following Objective: determine the antithrombotic strategies for the treatment of ischemic heart disease in users of an apothecary in the district of San Isidro 2023 Method: hypothetical -deductive and used a quantitative approach of a basic type with a non-experimental design of correlational level with a cross-sectional and descriptive scope in addition, a questionnaire was applied in a sample of 90 patients whose characteristics Results: Of the 90 respondents, 100% were in complete agreement with the treatment of ischemic heart disease, and 100% agreed with the diagnostic tests as well as 98.9% agreed with the medical indications and 92.2% complied with the heart-healthy diet or diet. Percutaneous coronary intervention reflects 100% of users. Likewise, the drug-eluting stents 100% indicated that it helps improve quality of life with reference to oral anticoagulation due to fibrillation, users agree 100% that it is essential for its treatment. Conclusion: some factors associated with antithrombotic strategies for the treatment of ischemic heart disease were found. It is essential to strengthen knowledge and improve the ability to make sound decisions in this context.
