In Peru, LPP have a prevalence between 11.4 and 16%; hence the need for knowledge, management and nursing care. Objective: Determine how knowledge is related to practices on prevention and care of pressure injuries (LPP) in nurses from the topic of non-medical procedures of the Rebagliati Network – EsSalud, Lima 2022. Methodology: The type of research will correspond to the applied one. , the approach to be addressed will be quantitative, and the proposed design will be observational, with a scope called correlational. This research, intentionally and for convenience, will be limited to a census sample of 80 licensed nursing professionals (nurses), who will be surveyed with two documentary instruments: the Mass-Valle LPP Prevention Knowledge Questionnaire, and, the Zurita LPP Nursing Care Practices Questionnaire; which have a reliability determined by KR-20=0.69, and Cronbach's Alpha=0.87 respectively. Data processing and analysis: the statistical analysis will be carried out using descriptive and inferential statistics using the Spearman correlation coefficient as the variables are qualitative in nature.Ítem Acceso abierto Level of knowledge and safe practices in the prevention of pressure injuries, of nursing professionals, in a national hospital Lima - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-10) Rojas Pajuelo, Gayda; Gamarra Bustillos, CarlosThe formation of pressure injuries in different health institutions is part of a global problem; Therefore, the articulated efforts of different social actors are urgently needed; in order to prevent and avoid its formation; since its scope affects the patient, caregiver and increases the costs of the health system. The study will use the deductive method and is limited within the quantitative approach; Likewise, by nature it is correlational and transversal; whose execution projection will be between the months of September and November 2021. The population considered for this research is made up of all the nurses who work at the Guillermo Almenara National Hospital, whose sample will be those who work in the COVID 19 hospitalization service of the aforementioned institution. The population will consist of nursing staff, both graduates and ICU Nursing technicians from a hospital in Lima, Peru. The sample is made up of the total population that meets the inclusion and exclusion guidelines; The type of sampling is non-probabilistic, the technique will be census, corresponding to taking the entire population. The present study has a main and only variable that is patient safety culture, according to its nature it is a qualitative variable and its quantification scale is ordinal.
