Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge and practice of the cleaning, disinfection and sterilization process of laparoscopic instruments in the surgical center nurses of a national hospital III-1 in Lima, July-October 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-10-04) Torres Huacani, Betzabe Adelaida; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MaríaObjective: determine the levels of knowledge and practice of the cleaning, disinfection and sterilization processes of laparoscopic instruments in the surgical center nurses of a national level III-1 hospital in Lima, July-October 2020. Material and methods: quantitative research , descriptive and cross-sectional; It will be carried out in a national hospital of level of care III-1 in the department of Lima, in the surgical center service to a population of 34 nurses who make up the total sample of the population. The techniques to be used will be the survey and observation; and, the instruments will be the questionnaire and checklist, which were designed by the researchers fernández and rosillo in their work entitled “knowledge and practice of the cleaning, disinfection and sterilization process of laparoscopic surgery instruments, hospital iii josé cayetano heredia piura, 2016”; which were validated through expert judgment using the corrected rank proportion coefficient, obtaining 0.929 and 0.957 respectively; and were subjected to pilot testing, they have Crombach's alpha reliability of 0.864 for the questionnaire, and 0.893 for the checklist. The information will be tabulated in Microsoft Excel, and its analysis will be processed in frequencies and percentages.Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of nursing care and family satisfaction of users hospitalized in the intensive care unit of a public hospital in Lima.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-06-26) Suarez Terrones, Erika Lorenza; Palomino Taquire, RewardsObjective: To determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the family satisfaction of hospitalized users in the Intensive Care Unit of a public hospital in Lima. Materials and Methods: The research follows the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach. It is applied and has a correlational design. The study population consists of 33 family members who accompanied patients to the ICU, from which a sample of 33 was obtained. The survey technique was used, and the instruments included the quality of care questionnaire created by Palomino, Rivera, and Tocto from the Peruvian Cayetano Heredia University, and the family satisfaction questionnaire for ICU patients developed by Flores and Pozo from the National University of Callao. These instruments were reviewed by expert panels, and reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, yielding values of 0.832 and 0.789, respectively, indicating excellent reliability. For data processing, Microsoft Excel and SPSS programs will be used, with the results presented in tables and diagrams for analysis (KS) and interpretation.Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of nursing care and level of satisfaction of oncology patients at Hospital Cayetano Heredia in the period from January to March 2022.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-15) Carbajal Ramos, Jocelyn Pamela; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: To describe the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the level of satisfaction of oncology patients at Cayetano Heredia Hospital, 2022. Materials and Methods: The research follows the deductive and analytical method, with a quantitative approach. It is basic and descriptive in nature. The population consists of 100 oncology patients at Cayetano Heredia Hospital. The survey technique was used, and the instrument applied for the variable Quality of Nursing Care is based on Jean Watson's NCA, which includes general instructions and 39 items using a 3-point Likert scale. For the Patient Satisfaction variable, the tool developed by Arteaga was used, consisting of 23 items with values assigned from 0 to 3. The content validity was reviewed by experts, and the reliability was tested using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, obtaining reliable values < 1 for both variables. The data processing and analysis will be carried out using a coding table and a matrix table. For the results, frequency tables or graphs will be used, followed by analysis and interpretation based on the theoretical framework presented in the research study.
