The approach is quantitative, this is based on the measurement of the variables through statistics and ordinal values, to establish patterns of behavior of the variables. The study is descriptive correlational, where it seeks to identify the main characteristics of the variable and then find the degree of relationship between them. This study has a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population will consist of 85 nursing professionals from the Emergency Service of the National Hospital of Lima.
