Early contact between mother and child creates and promotes the emotional bond, continuously increasing maternal self-esteem, reducing anxiety, improving the feeling of acceptance in the new role and satisfaction during the birth process, therefore, it is essential in the development and survival of the newborn. That is why the objective of this research is; determine the level of early contact of the newborn in the neonatology service in a maternal and child center, Lima, 2019. Regarding the study methodology, the type is descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental design, we will work with a population of 92 mothers, also being a minimum amount, we will work with the 92 mothers as a sample. Regarding the instruments, an observation sheet consisting of 14 items will be used. In the data analysis, the statistical programs Excell 2013 and Spss with version 25.0 will be used to prepare frequency tables and bar graphs for the presentation of results, thereby providing the conclusions and recommendations of the case. .

Effectiveness of skin-to-skin contact for adaptation to extrauterine life in the newborn

The following work systematizes the effectiveness of skin-to-skin contact for adaptation to extrauterine life in the neonate. Meta-analysis, systematic reviews, randomized controlled trials, a randomized clinical study and a case-control study and Grade evaluation were used to classify the degree of evidence, which were found in the following databases: PubMed, Scielo, Epistemonikos, Sciencedirect. Of the chosen articles belong to the following countries: 1 Uganda, 1 Germany, 1 United States, 1 United Kingdom, 1 India, 1 Italy, 1 Vietnam, 1 Uruguay, 1 Chile, 1 Mexico. Within the evidence reviewed in this work, all support that skin-to-skin contact between the mother and the newborn is effective for their extrauterine adaptation. Coming to the conclusion that skin-to-skin contact is effective for adaptation to extrauterine life in the newborn. Because breastfeeding is promoted, it regulates the temperature of the newborn, maintains blood glucose levels and strengthens the emotional bond. Health personnel in the neonatology area are recommended to put this procedure into practice.

Estilos de apego y dependencia emocional en estudiantes de un Centro de Educación Básica Alternativa de Santa Anita, 2024

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los estilos de apego y la dependencia emocional en los estudiantes de un Centro de Educación Básica Alternativa (CEBA) en Santa Anita. Para lo cual, se siguió una metodología de tipo básica, enfoque cuantitativo, alcance correlacional, diseño no experimental, y alcance transversal. Su población estuvo constituida por 247 estudiantes, siendo la muestra 151 participantes, quienes respondieron al Cuestionario de Modelos Internos de Relaciones de Apego (CaMir), y al Cuestionario de Dependencia Emocional (CDE). Los principales resultados mostraron que existió una relación significativa entre todos los estilos de apego y la dependencia emocional, desde el seguro (p = 0.000; rs = -0.320), preocupado (p = 0.042; rs = 0.165), evitativo (p = 0.032; rs = -0.175), hasta el desorganizado (p = 0.005; rs = 0.226). Además, se concluye que, a una presencia de un estilo seguro o evitativo, habrá un menor nivel de dependencia, mientras que, si se presenta uno preocupado o desorganizado, habrá mayores puntuaciones de dependencia.

Parental violence in adolescents with drug use who attend the ASIRI Carabayllo community mental health center-Peru, 2020

General objective: Determine the level of parental violence in adolescents with drug use who attend the Asiri Carabayllo community mental health center. Specific Objectives: Determine the level of parental violence in each of its dimensions: communication interaction, intelligent behavioral control, overprotective psychological control, rigid behavioral control, emotional bond, coparenting agreement in adolescents with drug use. Material and methods: The approach is quantitative, the design is transversal because the data are taken at a single moment and descriptive, limited to the observation of phenomena, not experimental. We will work with a population of 100 heads of family. The technique that will be used will be surveys. This instrument is a Likert scale, with 24 items linked to parental functioning with its 6 dimensions. The data will be collected in a database and the univariate analysis will be carried out. To assign the final value, the stanon scale will be used to obtain the high, medium and low final value.
