Ítem Acceso abierto Occupational stressors and coping strategies of health personnel at the Gustavo Lanatta Luján health center in the SMP district, in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-23) Eneque Mandujano, María Viviana; Reyes Callahuacho, David TitoThe objective of this research was to determine the relationship between work-related stressors and coping strategies among healthcare workers at the Gustavo Lanatta Luján Health Center in the SMP district during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. The research followed a hypothetical-deductive approach with a quantitative focus, basic level, and descriptive-correlational type. It utilized a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The study involved 50 healthcare workers, both male and female, from the Gustavo Lanatta Luján Health Center located in San Martín de Porres, Lima. The NSS Stress Scale, which measures work-related stressors, and the Coping Strategies Inventory (CSI) were used. Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality tests showed that the study variables did not follow a normal distribution. This suggests that work-related stressors and coping strategies are independent, and intervention from other staff qualities may be necessary for improving work performance.
