The study was basic, correlational in nature, with a non-experimental design and a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 80 workers, both male and female, of various ages and years of service, from different work areas at the mentioned Health Center. They were given the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and the Palma Job Satisfaction Questionnaire. The results determined that there is a relationship between Burnout syndrome and job satisfaction (rho=-0.265; p=0.017<0.05), with the majority of the staff showing a medium range of 52.5% in Burnout syndrome and a job dissatisfaction level of 57.5%. Therefore, negative attitudes and feelings towards oneself or others, along with emotional exhaustion, are related to low job satisfaction levels among the workers at the studied Health Center.
