On the other hand, the data collection will take place in approximately two months, which will be processed by programs such as Excel and Word, and will also be statistically analyzed by the Spss 25.0 program. Materials and Methods: Systematic Reviews are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: 7 scientific articles were reviewed, whose main topic was the criteria and standards for the provision of nursing staff. Of all the articles that were found, the most relevant articles were included according to the level and quality of evidence, evaluating the agreement. and the discrepancy between the articles, and the least relevant ones were excluded. The articles were located in the databases: Scielo, Lilacs Lipecs, Medline. Conclusions: There are several diversified criteria and standards in Peru for the provision of nursing staff, which make coordinated work necessary at the level of the representative entities of Peruvian nurses. Health care companies or institutions do not apply a standardized model in the human resources management process. Materials and methods: Non-experimental design, correlational level, cross-sectional and quantitative approach. In relation to the population, 60 nursing professionals who work in emergency and hospitalization services were considered. Regarding the technique, the survey will be used and there will be two measurement instruments that will be applied. In relation to the instrument that measures patient safety culture, it contains 42 questions and covers five dimensions, within which are teamwork, communication, safety culture, supervision, and management and direction. Similarly, the nursing care quality instrument comprises 21 items and covers three dimensions defined as technical, operational and human, taking into consideration that the two questionnaires are valid in terms of reliability and validity. Materials and methods: A systematic review was carried out, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: 10 systematically reviewed scientific articles on effective interventions for the control of congestive heart failure in emergency units were included in the review. The articles were located in the Lilacs, Medline, Ebsco and Pubmed databases; 70% (n = 07/10) of the articles reviewed agree and show that the administration of ASA diuretics, which act on the medullary portion of the loop of Henle, inhibiting sodium reabsorption in the thick ascending portion of the loop of Henle, Henle; belonging to Group II such as: furosemide, bumetanide, torsemide, ethacrynic acid, in bolus or infusion, are the most used; on the other hand, 30% of the articles reviewed (03/10) of the authors agree that educational interventions based on formative education is effective in improving the control of congestive heart failure. Conclusion: The articles reviewed show that the most effective intervention for heart failure in older adults is ASA diuretics and educational interventions based on training education are effective in improving the control of congestive heart failure in emergency units. .Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness in the prevention of neoplasia with the administration of the human papillomavirus vaccine in men(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-09-20) Uchuya Chávez, Edgardo Manuel; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoObjective: to systematize the evidence on the effectiveness in preventing neoplasia with the administration of the Human Papillomavirus vaccine in men. Methodology: it is a Systematic Review where it synthesizes some results from various investigations. Likewise, it is an essential part of Evidence-Based Nursing, therefore the search has been restricted to scientific articles with high quality of evidence and with an appropriate strength of recommendation. Results: in the exhaustive selection, at the end, 10 scientific articles were chosen, among which we found systematic reviews, randomized controlled clinical trials and case-control studies where of the total articles collected, 100% affirm that the application of the vaccine against HPV in men is effective in preventing neoplasia and other infections. Conclusions: it was evident that the included investigations show a high degree of immunological effectiveness, therefore, when HPV vaccines are administered it results in prevention of the development of genital warts, pre-cancerous lesions, and most importantly, adequate prevention. of HPV infection, in this sense all of this contributes to a possible decrease in various types of neoplasms related to men.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of music therapy for pain management in patients undergoing surgery(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-08) Guzmán Moreno, Sisy CeciliaMaterial and methods: The PICO instrument was applied and a systematic bibliographic search was carried out through recognized search engines such as LILACS, PubMED, ELSEIVER, etc. Classifying the information through the use of Caspe templates and the level of evidence and degree of recommendation by the GRADE system. Results: 100% of the articles show evidence of the positive influence that music exerts in the different stages of the perioperative period, showing not only the significant decrease in pain but also the decrease in the level of anxiety, 2 articles found showed patients with functional stable vital signs, decreased administration of analgesics and anesthetics, even when the patient is under general anesthesia. MATERIAL AND METHOD: The study is quantitative, with a systematic, observational and retrospective review design; of articles with full text, which identified their grade or quality of evidence according to the Grade System. Likewise, the population was made up of 10 most relevant scientific articles that were obtained from the following databases Pubmed, Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library, Dialnet, Scielo, and Lilacs. Of which 70% correspond to the methodological design of systematic review and 30% to randomized clinical trials, corresponding to the countries of the United States 20% (02/10), Holland 10% (01/10), Iran 10% (01 /10), Portugal 10% (01/10), Italy 10% (01/10), Colombia 10% (01/10), South Korea 10% (01/10), Mexico 10% (01/10), and Spain 10% (01/10). Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, (10/10), 100% demonstrate effectiveness of the administration of omega-3 fatty acids in reducing the adverse effects of chemotherapy in cancer patients. Conclusions: 10 of 10 reviewed articles demonstrate evidence of the effectiveness of the administration of omega-3 fatty acids in reducing the adverse effects of chemotherapy in cancer patients; That is, evidence suggests a role for omega-3 fatty acid supplementation in cancer treatment, but they have been shown to preserve muscle mass and function in cancer patients.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of the practice in the frequency of use of chlorhexidine administration for the prevention of pneumonia in patients with mechanical ventilation(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017-11-12) Estrada Galdos, Margarita; Quiroz Ramos, Luz Kimberlin; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioObjective: Systematize the evidence about the effectiveness of the practice in the administration of chlorhexidine for the prevention of pneumonia in patients with mechanical ventilation. Material and methods: Regarding the effectiveness in preventing pneumonia with oropharyngeal decontamination with chlorhexidine 3 times a day or more compared to 1 and 2 times a day in patients with mechanical ventilation, they were found in the following databases: Researchgate, PubMed, Data Cochrane Library, Wiley, ScienceDirect, Springer Link. Of 10 articles systematically reviewed, 4 are systematic meta-analysis reviews (40%), 3 are systematic reviews (30%}, 1 is a randomized controlled clinical trial (10%}, 1 is a quasi-experimental (10%) and 1 is a cohort study {10%). These come from Italy, Belgium, Colombia and Australia {10% each), Spain and Brazil (20%), China (30%). Results: 50% of the articles reviewed do not find differences in effectiveness, with a frequency of use of chlorhexidine of 1 to 2 times a day versus 3 times or more, while the other 50% reveal in favor of the use of Chlorhexidine is three times more effective in oropharyngeal decontamination. Material and methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using the GRADE method to identify their level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, systematic reviews, quasi-experimental and case-control studies, and of the total of 10 reviewed articles, 40% (n=4/10) of these show that the effectiveness of Performing nebulizations with β_agonists continuously in patients with acute asthma attacks is positive, especially in cases for the treatment of moderate-severe asthma, it helps with lower administration cost and shorter stay in the emergency room while 60% of the studies analyzed tell us that there is no significant relevance. Material and methods: The present study is qualitative with a study design of a systematic review of 10 scientific articles on the effectiveness of prehospital therapeutic hypothermia to improve survival and neurological outcomes in patients with cardiac arrest. These articles were analyzed according to the Grade system. to determine their strength and quality of evidence and were found in the following databases: PubMed, Sciencedirect, Scielo, Epistemonikos. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, it was concluded that only 20% point out the effectiveness of pre-hospital therapeutic hypothermia in post-cardiac arrest patients, which shows an improvement in survival with good neurological results of patients upon hospital discharge. On the other hand, 80% of the articles reviewed indicate a series of limitations. Conclusion: The articles reviewed point out that the evidence does not support the administration of pre-hospital therapeutic hypothermia to patients with cardiac arrest where optimal temperature was not achieved by pre-hospital hypothermia due to short transport time. and limited cold liquid.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of the use of ondansetron compared to dexamethasone for the prevention of nausea and vomiting in post-operative patients(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017-11-12) García de la Cruz, Gliria Nathalia; Hurtado Zarate, Lorena Fiorella; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioMaterials and Methods: In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found that 30% (03) corresponds to Iran, 20% (02) we find India, while 10% (01) corresponds to China, Pakistan, Taiwan , Mexico and Nepal respectively. Most of the randomized controlled trials have been studied, with 70%, mainly in the countries of India, Nepal, Mexico, Pakistan and Iran. Among systematic reviews we find India, China and Taiwan, with 30%. Results: According to the evidence found, 40% of the authors report that dexamethasone is more effective than ondansetron in preventing nausea and vomiting in the postoperative period. 10% report that ondansetron is more effective than dexamethasone due to its rapid action, but if it is combined with dexamethasone it is more effective than when administered alone and 50% of the authors report that the combination of both drugs is effective for prevention of nausea and vomiting in post-operative patients. Presentó una metodología basada en el paradigma cuantitativo, de tipología aplicada, método hipotético-deductivo, con un diseño de carácter observacional, de línea transversal y de alcance correlacional. El grupo poblacional estuvo conformado por 253 personal en radiología, con un grupo muestral de tipo probabilística, con 154 participantes, con un muestreo estratificado. Para recabar datos se consideró la encuesta como técnica investigativa contando con dos herramientas: Cuestionario sobre gestión logística, y otra sobre calidad de servicio, con valoración Likert. Los resultados denotaron que hay prevalencia por la percepción media de los encuestados con un 55.8% y 48.1% para ambas variables respectivamente. The primary purpose of the study is to determine the level of knowledge and its relationship with the practice of central venous catheter care of nurses in the intensive care unit of the Auna clinic, Lima, 2021. The population and census sample are the nurses who work at the Auna Clinic during the period October to December 2021. The survey and observation technique is the one that will be applied to collect the observations of both variables. To measure knowledge, the questionnaire created and validated by Herrera in 2019 will be used, an instrument composed of 24 items divided into 3 dimensions: maintenance, solution management and complications, which has a reliability of 0.79 applying Kuder's formula 20 - Richardson. To estimate the nurse's practice in the care of the central venous catheter, the checklist instrument validated by Torres in 2019 will be used through a pilot test and applying Kuder's formula 20 - Richardson obtained a reliability result of 0.88. . Materials and methods: the approach was quantitative, cross-sectional design -correlational. The sample was made up of 82 mothers. The instruments used were a questionnaire and observation of the children's multimicronutrient consumption monitoring pattern. Results: the average age of the mothers was 24.61 years (SD +/- 5.038), with a minimum age of 17 years and a maximum of 45 years. The average age of their children in months was 19.96 (SD + 5.962), with the minimum and maximum age being 32 months. Regarding the level of education of the mothers, the majority 62% (n=51) had completed secondary school, followed by 13.4% (n=11) technical college, 13.4% (N=11) university college and 11% (n=9) completed primary school. The level of knowledge about MNN of the mothers, 32.9% (n=27) know and 67.1% (n=55) do not know. The level of adherence to the administration and MNN of the mothers, it is observed that 43% (n=36) are adherent and 56.1% (n=46) are non-adherent. There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and adherence to the administration of multimicronutrients in mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months who attend the Mirones Alto Health Center, Lima - 2020, with a margin of error of 5% ( p < 0.05). TB alters the quality of life of users. Likewise, when diagnosed it represents great changes in their lifestyle for the user: a costly increase in economic spending and psychological changes, as well as for the family and the State. Furthermore, users require special care regarding TB, as they are considered a labile and risk group, so it is essential to safeguard their full well-being. It is vitally important to determine the level of self-care practices in patients receiving treatment against tuberculosis. Materials and Methods: Integrative review of eleven works published in the virtual library, from 2011 to 2015. Results: The results were classified into three categories. : 1.- Most frequent errors, where the dose obtained the most matches (14.28%), the Omission of medication administration (11.9%). 2.- Related factors: Interruptions and distractions during the administration of medication (11.62%) and illegible prescription (9.30%). 3.- Proposals for improvement: they highlighted the importance of adopting protocols and guides for the safe administration of medications. medications and the need for continuous training of professionals in the area of pharmacology. Conclusions: It is imperative to use guides and protocols for the safe administration of medication within the framework of what is the Process of Nursing Care; Non-punitive error and adverse event notification modality, strengthen the role and effective presence of the nurse in the process to improve quality and safety in patient care.
