    Lifestyle in type II diabetes mellitus patients from the outpatient clinics of the San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital, 2018

    The focus of the study was quantitative, cross-sectional descriptive design. The sample was made up of 142 users based on pre-established inclusion and exclusion criteria, to whom the instrument was applied: questionnaire to measure lifestyle in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. Of the 142 users, it was observed that 99.3% presented an unhealthy lifestyle in the nutritional habits dimension, with respect to physical activity, 76.1% presented an unhealthy lifestyle, in terms of harmful habits, 89.4% presented an unhealthy lifestyle. unhealthy lifestyle, in the evaluation of information on diabetes, 88% presented an unhealthy lifestyle, regarding the emotional state, 69.7% presented an unhealthy lifestyle and therefore Lastly, in therapeutic adherence, 58.5% had an unhealthy lifestyle, 76.8% of users with type II diabetes mellitus had an unhealthy lifestyle and the remaining 23.2% had a healthy lifestyle. Conclusion: Patients with type II Diabetes considered in the present study generally practiced healthy lifestyles.

    Perception of humanized nursing care and the satisfaction of patients attended in the medical service of the Hospital de Chancay basic health services: Dr. Hidalgo Atoche López, 2022

    The objective of this academic work is to “Determine the relationships between the perception of humanized care in nursing and the satisfaction of patients treated.” 90 patients were selected as the population, treated in the medicine service of the Chancay Hospital from October to December 2022, and the sample is the entire population. The methodological design responds to the hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, descriptive observational, and transversal characteristics. The techniques and instruments will be the following: to measure the humanized care variable: “Instrument of humanized nursing care behaviors (PCHE)”, for the variable Patient satisfaction: a survey “User Satisfaction Instrument with Respect to Humanized Patient Care Hospitalized.” Data processing and analysis will be done with Excel and SPSS and for the statistical test of specific hypothesis contrast, Spearman's Rho test will be used to determine correlations between the variables.
