Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of different non-pharmacological interventions in the management of neonatal pain during painful procedures(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-08-12) Huarca Condori, Luz Elvira; Vasquez Mendez, Ana Ysabel; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerAn exhaustive and thorough evaluation of the articles was carried out, based on which, the degree of quality presented by each evidence and the level of depth reached by the recommendation for each article were determined, using the GRADE method. 50% of the articles belonged to a systematic review and the difference corresponded to clinical trials. Likewise, of this study 30% correspond to Spain, 20% to Peru, and 10% each to Mexico, Portugal, Cuba, Canada and Germany. 100% of the studies are effective, that is, all non-pharmacological interventions had a positive result, some standing out over others, improving their effects through the combinations carried out. However, of the 10 articles taken as a sample, a high degree of effectiveness is evident in the different non-pharmacological interventions in the management of neonatal pain.
