They all demonstrate the effectiveness of evidence-based educational interventions to increase the level of knowledge and improve healthy practices for the prevention of intestinal parasitosis in children: they are usually educational interventions aimed at teachers, parents and school children taught to through educational talks, demonstration sessions, posters, videos, brochures, etc. on specific topics of parasites signs, symptoms and their prevention. Educational programs with teaching resources such as videos, social dramas and workshops achieve a positive effect in improving knowledge related to healthy practices and habits such as; hand washing, nail trimming, personal hygiene, environmental hygiene and proper disposal of excreta. The nurse plays an important role in the education of children at school. Through interventions in schools, we can contribute to increasing the child's knowledge and improving their healthy lifestyle practices.
